“Mansur & Liu” is the first musical theatre production directed by Malaysia’s music legend Dato' M. Nasir, bringing together renowned performers, musicians, and creatives to deliver a world-class theatrical experience.

Inspired by stories from Sulalatus Salatin (The Malay Annals) by Tun Sri Lanang, this immersive production brings to life the relationship between Sultan Mansur Shah of Melaka and Princess Liu of China as a symbol of cultural diplomacy, romance, and the geopolitical ties between the Melaka Sultanate and the Ming Dynasty. Set against the backdrop of 15th-century Melaka, with over 30 new songs and scores composed by Malaysia’s finest singer-songwriter Dato’ M.Nasir. This production will explore themes of identity, power, and alliance through rich visual storytelling and a captivating musical score.

• Only a maximum of 10 tickets is allowed per transaction.
• All tickets are subject to a RM4.40 Ticketing Fee per ticket. 
• All tickets will be sold online and issued electronically only.
• Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. 
• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed once your booking is confirmed.
• Strictly No admission for children* below the age of 6 years old.
• Once a Category/Zone is selected for purchase, seats are auto-selected based on the best availability at the time of purchase. 
• All seats are numbered, kindly check the seats assigned to you before proceeding with payment.

• Seat Map/Venue Layout displayed on our website and mobile application is not drawn to scale and is used for Ticket location purposes only. The published layout is subject to change without prior notice. 
• Tickets are non-transferable. Reselling is strictly prohibited. All tickets will be rendered invalid if resold.
• Lost, broken, or stolen tickets will not be replaced or reissued. Your ticket is your responsibility.
• By purchasing tickets through Ticket2U, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated.
• Kindly present the printed ticket or online e-ticket QR code for verification purposes upon registration on the event day.
• The Event Organizer may postpone, cancel, and/or relocate the event under unforeseen circumstances and prevailing government guidelines.
• The Event Organizer reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule, or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements (including ticket categories), and audience capacity without compensation to the ticket holder.
• If the Event is being canceled, rescheduled, or moved, we will make every effort to notify all ticket buyers using the contact details provided at the time of purchase. However, we cannot guarantee that you will be informed of such cancellation, rescheduling, or alteration before the date of the event. It is your responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been canceled, rescheduled, or altered and the date and time of any rescheduled event. Neither Ticket2U nor the Event Organizer will be liable for any other losses incurred by the ticket buyer including travel and accommodation or other expenses.

ADMISSION POLICY 

• Please note that advertised start times of events are subject to change. Door opening and closing times stated to an event are not indicative of the event’s start or end time, all of which remain at the relevant Event Organizers’ and/or artist’s discretion and may be subject to change. Kindly check and refer to the Event's official page accordingly.
• Upon entering the venue, every ticket holder MUST present a valid e-ticket with QR code for validation, including children*.
• Strictly No admission for children* below the age of 6 years old.
• *Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian at all times and have purchased a valid ticket.
• The Event Organizer or ticketing agent shall not be liable and responsible for any loss or damaged tickets.
• The event venue may conduct security searches for safety and security purposes, ticket holders may be subjected to body/bag checks upon entering the venue, and/or may be refused admission whenever suspected if breaching any Ticketing Terms and Conditions of the event.
• It is forbidden to take into the venue any kind of weapon, sharp objects, explosive, toxic, flammable, and radioactive materials, narcotics and psychotropic substances, food and beverage, or items that may cause disturbance to the regular and orderly execution of the Event.
• Entry to the event may be refused if the authenticity or validity of a ticket is questionable, including if the ticket has been used previously by others, damaged tickets or defaced in any way, or has not been purchased from Ticket2U or authorized points of sale by the Event Organizer.
• Breach of any of the venue terms and conditions or any unacceptable behavior likely to cause damage, nuisance, or injury shall entitle the Event Organizer to refuse your admission or eject you from the venue.

NO RE-ENTRY POLICY 

• Please keep in mind that re-entry is NOT allowed to the concert and event area, regardless of your ticket category. Once you enter the venue, you cannot leave and enter again.
• The Organizer/promoter reserves the right to take action to prohibit entry to the venue for an actual ticket with QR Code that has been used previously by others.

PURCHASE INFORMATION:

• You are responsible for ensuring that your personal information details provided at the time of purchase are correct and up to date.
• We are not responsible where incorrect information results in an invalid purchase.
•  STUDENT ID VERIFICATION
  Please ensure your student ID is valid and complete.
  Invalid, incomplete, or fraudulent student IDs may result in penalty and/or refusal of admission by the organizer.
• For successful transactions, E-Ticket will be delivered via email to the Ticket Buyer's registered email address. 
• If you do not receive a booking confirmation after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to contact us to clarify whether or not your order has been placed successfully. We will not be responsible for any costs or losses you incur if you assume that your order was or was not placed because you failed to receive an order confirmation.
• Each ticket comes with a Unique QR code which will be validated upon venue admission. Please refrain from posting your e-ticket(s) online or share with others to prevent forgery.
• All sales are final. Strictly no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are allowed once your booking is confirmed.
• Please keep your booking confirmation as proof of purchase.

• The ticket holder shall undertake all risks and dangers that the ticket holder may face while attending the event. The ticket holder accepts that there are risks on the way to, and outside of or within the stadium or venue.
