MLBB 10th Anniversary MY – Event Terms (Vivacity Megamall, Kuching, 9–11 Oct)
These Terms govern ticket booking and attendance for the MLBB 10th Anniversary offline event (the “Event”) at Vivacity Megamall, Kuching, Sarawak on 9–11 October. By obtaining a ticket or attending the Event, you accept these Terms.
The organiser is Youngjoy Technology Limited, better known in some jurisdictions as “Moonton” (the “Organiser”). Free tickets are issued through Ticket2U, an independent third-party ticketing platform.
- Ticketing Windows & Limits:
- Early-bird (16 Sep – 8 Oct): 3,000 free tickets for gamers only. Each unique MLBB UID and email address may be used for one ticket only on Ticket2U. If early-bird tickets are fully claimed, participants will be redirected to the on-site ticketing window, if available.
- On-site (9 – 11 Oct): 2,000 gamer tickets and 1,000 non-gamer tickets. Each email address may register for one ticket only. When on-site tickets are fully claimed, a no-tickets-available notice will be displayed.
- Tickets are non-transferable and non-resellable. Any attempt to transfer or resell will result in cancellation without compensation, subject to applicable law and the applicable Ticket2U terms.
- Ticket validity will be verified through the Ticket2U QR-code system at the Event entrance. Discrepancies may result in denial of entry or cancellation of rewards.
- Participants under 12 years old must be accompanied at all times by a parent or legal guardian aged 21 or older holding a valid ticket.
- Early-bird ticket holders may collect anniversary gift packs at the venue before 8:00 PM on 10 October. Unredeemed gift packs after this deadline will be forfeited and the corresponding quantity will be added to the on-site pool. On-site gamer ticket holders may receive a gift pack while stocks last.
- The Organiser may refuse entry or eject any person for unsafe, disruptive or unlawful conduct, failure to comply with these Terms, venue rules or staff instructions, or conduct that may affect the safety, security or orderly operation of the Event. The Organiser may change, postpone or cancel the event due to safety, weather, force majeure, regulatory, venue or operational reasons without compensation, subject to applicable law.
- Personal Data. Personal data submitted to Ticket2U during the ticketing process, including for free ticket booking, ticket issuance, QR-code delivery, SMS reminders and other ticketing-related communications, is collected and processed by Ticket2U in accordance with its own terms, privacy notice and applicable laws, including Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010. The Organiser may process limited personal data only if separately provided by you at the venue or otherwise collected for event admission, safety, security, crowd management, incident handling, legal compliance or event administration.
- By attending the Event, you consent to the use of your image, likeness, and presence in photographs, videos, and other media captured during the Event. These may be used by the Organizers for promotional, marketing, and communication purposes across their platforms without further consent or compensation.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuching, Sarawak.
