The FHM series has earned the title "Malaysia's Official Food and Hotel Show" with the succession of shows since its inception in 1993. It is by far the most diverse and complete exhibition with participations from major players of the F&B and Hospitality Industries.

Malaysia’s premier trade only food and hospitality show, FHM, will be back for the 14th time from 26-29 September 2017. FHM 2015 broke all records with 22, 759 visitors from 57 countries an increase of 21% from the previous event in 2013. Exhibitor numbers also reached record levels with an incredible 1200 companies taking part from 50 countries. FHM’s global reach continues to spread far and wide with international pavilions from Fujian Province (China), Japan, Korea, Singapore, South Africa, Taiwan, Turkey and USA.

Packed with content including wine appreciation classes, quality conference alongside informative seminars on a whole host of topics, FHM has something for everyone in the food and hospitality industry to look forward to. FHM is also proud to be co-located with Malaysia’s hospitality Olympics , the much acclaimed Culinaire Malaysia where professionals within the industry vie and compete for the coveted top prizes in their field.
