This workshop Covers Basic Self-Defense skills against the Most Common Type of Real Life Attack Scenarios, such as: 

1) Strangulation (From front and back)

2) Violent punches

3) Choking on ground

4) Knife & Helmet attacks

and many more. 

You will also learn the following:
1) Human Body Pressure Point Striking method and location

2) Understanding your range with the opponent

3) Basic Combat Science & Muscle Memory Response

This workshop is limited to 12 pax only.
