REFUND POLICY
All fees paid to 1MillionTraders.com are non-refundable. However, the following alternative arrangements may be made:

Training Course/ Event

1MillionTraders.com will not entertain any request for cancellation or postponement after payment is received for the course(s) or event(s) registered by the participants. However, under extenuating circumstances such as illness and bereavements, deferment can be considered. Under such circumstances, participants must write in with the necessary supporting documents through email [email protected] and are only allowed a 3-month deferment period to attend a future course, provided notice is given 3 days before the event.

For participants who are registered under an organization, and is unable to attend the course, the organization may substitute with another participant in their place.
