1. Tickets purchased are not refundable.
2. One ticket valid for one admission at one event venue only. Seats are pre-arranged by the event Organizer and are fixed.
3. Students below 17years old shall produce a valid identification documents for age verification.
4. In the event that the organizer dissatisfied with the age examination, due to the guest failure of producing any valid identification document, or for any other reason, the ticket holder shall be required to pay the difference sum of that student price from the adult ticket price before allowing entrance.
5. Door gift can be collected together with hardcopy ticket during checking in. All guests are hereby advised to arrive earlier. Prayer room is provided at the event venue for the guests to perform solat.
6. Guest MUST purchase ticket(s) from ticket2u.com.my. Only guest with QR CODE given by ticket2u.com.my will be allowed entrance and doorgift collection.
7. Lucky draw winner MUST collect their own prizes on the same event day. No representations is allowed.
8. No claim of prizes will be entertained after the event date.
9. Prizes are not exchangeable with cash.
10. Umrah Vouchers are valid for the period of two years beginning from the date of purchasing this ticket and is not transferable.
11. Organizer have the absolute right to change or cancel the prizes offered without any prior notice.
12. Organizer will not be liable for any loss or damages suffered by the public/guest/ticket purchaser in lieu of purchasing this ticket.
