1. Participant must be 13 years old and above .
2. Participant who under age of 18 needs parental consent.
3. Any payment had made are not refundable.
4. The travel fee are included the accommodation, training fee and training material, lunch, and local transportation card.
5. Musicpreneur Malaysia has the Right of portrait Pictures & Video shooting for all participant that have done within this event, for any Graphic Design, Video editing and Social media purposes.
6. Musicpreneur Malaysia are strongly suggest participant to buy their own travel insurance.
7. Participant hereby acknowledges that all travel, and in particular international travel, carries certain risks, that participant is voluntarily undertaking this optional recreational and educational activity, and that the Musicpreneur Malaysia shall have no liability for delay and changing of the flight, weather changing, war, a strike, an insurrection, a turmoil, a floor, a fire disaster, a quarantine, property damage, loss or theft; illness, personal injury or death of any person; third-party liability; carry of prohibited items or there's problems on the travel documents or fines or other punitive measures for breach of public laws (each a “Loss”). Participant hereby agrees to assume all risks of any loss arising out of the trip that participant is undertaking in connection with this agreement (the “Trip”) or any activity related to the Trip.
8. Musicpreneur Malaysia reserve the right, in their discretion and without notice, to cancel, advance or postpone any
scheduled event connected with the Trip and shall have the right to, but shall not be obligated to, substitute another event and shall not be liable for any refund, loss or expense whatsoever to any participant, event participant, (or person intending or desiring to participate in an event) or any other person by reason of any such cancellation, advancement or postponement. No refund shall be made to any participant who does not complete the Trip for any reason.
9. Musicpreneur Malaysia will inform the name list of the participant through phone calling. Applicants who are selected, they must pay within one day after receiving the notification, in order to confirm for your participation, otherwise the seat will be disclosed to other applicants on the next day.
10. Participant hereby further acknowledges that participant is responsible for obtaining a valid passport (at least 6 months from the date of return to Malaysia) and all required visas and other travel documentation and inoculations. If the application is successful and the payment is determined but the ticket cannot be ordered due to a passport issue, all remittance will not be refunded.
11. All participant must gather and depart at the designated place according to the itinerary. Musicpreneur Malaysia shall have no liability for any lateness issues that caused a delay in the trip.
