Rules Common to All Events
REGISTRATION
- Check in as a FULL TEAM before 6 AM at the registration desk. Provide your Ticket2U payment and team name.
- Appropriate identification (receipt , team waiver form & registration form) must be presented each day of the event.See the “Identification” section of the CCC website under Regulations and Policies for acceptable forms of ID.
FORFEIT & DEFAULT
Game time is forfeit time. It is the responsibility of Team Captains to be familiar with the rules and requirements for each event. Teams that do not fulfill the task will have to do 30 burpees as a team and will not be allowed to advance until completed. Teams that default must still play all of their remaining scheduled stations; if they miss a scheduled station, they will be considered a Forfeit.
Teams cannot skip a station or they will default from the event and will not advance.
PERSONAL CONDUCT
The team captain is responsible for his/her players and fans, and he/she is expected to control any excessive or unwarranted actions between them and the game in progress.
Unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated. Unsportsmanlike behavior will result in the removal of the offending player from the challenge. If the behavior occurs again, the player will be suspended for the remainder of the challenge.
PLAYOFFS
Check
- The Team Captain must have the Team Waiver Form completed and signed by each team member on-site and submitted during registration.
- The Team Captain must sign the waiver form as the witness for the entire team. At that time, the Team Captain will present the Team Waiver Form to the volunteer at the registration desk and all team members will then show their ID.
- Unsportsmanlike conduct may include (but is not limited to):
- Unnecessarily rough tactics.
- Harassing or threatening an official, volunteer or staff member.
- Derogatory statements or abusive language.
- Use of public transport & vehicle are prohibited
- Jumping queue
- Cheating
- Causing ruckus
- Vandalising or polluting the race route/location
AMAZING MOB RACE MECHANICS
TEAM REQUIREMENTS
- Teams must consist of 4 members (no more, no less) upon registration.
- If a member is unable to attend the race on the day itself, the other members can still proceed with participation.
RULES
- The race is designed with 12 stations, 5 spots per station. ONLY 5 teams can perform a challenge at one time and will be on a first come, first served basis.
- The full team MUST arrive at the station to be eligible for a spot. No single person spot booking for the rest of the team members allowed at any stations.
- If the full team does not arrive together, their spot will be given to the next full team who arrives at the station.
- Opposing teams shall not use any rough tactics or they’ll be disqualified.
- Runners are expected to follow the instructions of Ministry of Burn staff and volunteers at all time.
- The race will have a 3 hour limit. Teams still on the course will have to return to Ministry of Burn by 10 AM.
- The obstacle course will be unveiled the day of the event. It is important that every team member is physically fit before the event.
RESULTS
- The winning team is determine by the time taken to complete the race i.e. the team who arrives at the finish line first will place first.
- The time taken will be officially marked down once all team members have completed the final obstacle.
- Teams are not allowed to cut corners or deviate from the designated course.
- In the event that a team is unable of completing a task, all team members must complete 30 burpees in order to proceed to the next station.
TIEBREAKING PROCEDURE
In the event of a tie there will be a tie-breaker challenge. All team members will have to hold a plank until the first member that stops, whereby the winning position will be given to the team that has all their members hold the plank the longest.
