Organized by Star Planet, the Grammy Award-winning Saxophonist KENNY G is set to serenade his fans at the Arena of Stars, Resorts World Genting on November 11 at 8.30PM, with his new live concert dubbed “Kenny G World Tour 2018 in Malaysia”.
Kenny G performed to full-house audiences at Genting back in 2012 and 2015, gaining huge popularity and interest among locals with his great showmanship and world-class live performance. After the release of his 15th album “Brazilian Nights” in 2015, the musician embarked on tours and live performances mainly in America. With his return to Malaysia after three years, fans may anticipate to witness the artist playing his signature saxophone at a whole new level of excellence.
In the course of over three decades, Kenny G has become a household name in the instrumental music scene, with album selling over 75 million copies worldwide. He has been nominated for 16 Grammys and won once for Best Instrumental Composition in 1994 for “Forever in Love.” Kenny G has also collaborated with big names such as Aretha Franklin, Whitney Houston and Celine Dion.
