INTRODUCTION

• SJI RIDE & RUN is organized by St.John Institution Cycling Club (SJICC) to create awareness &  raise funds for the school utilities
• Participants may choose either to cycle 8km loop ORrun a 5km route both of whichwill start from St.John Institution Bukit Nanas (SJI) into Kuala Lumpur Car Free Morning Route and exit back to SJI
• This event is open to all, not only to Johanians; participants are also encouraged to bring along their family and loved ones to make the event merrier
• There will be a minimal fee of RM50 for each participant, a portion of which shall go  to the fund for the school’s utilities 
• Participants will also get an exclusive sublimation T-Shirt

•7.30 a.m.  Flag Off Ride

•8.00 a.m.  Check Point 1 KLCC

•8.30 a.m.  Regroup at Jalan Dang Wangi

•8.45 a.m.  Ride / Run Back to School

•9.00 a.m.  All riders start to arrive

•9.30 a.m.  Short Ceremony – Donation Presentation to School   Representative

KL Car Free Morning Route

• Cycling Participants must ensure their bike has brakes that’s working and wear helmet during riding
• Runners must wear suitable clothing and running shoes 
• Participant must follow all traffic laws and police or marshal instruction during cycling or running
• The ride is open to all ages and children 7 years and above, children under 18 years old must be accompanied by parents.
• Children under 18 years old must obtain parents’ or guardian’s approval (a special form need to be filled during the ride kit collection day).
• After registration, there will be no fee refund for any rider who does not in due course take part in the Event, for any reason whatsoever. Registration is strictly non-transferable.
• The Organiser reserves the right to modify or substitute any of these R&R and/or T&Cs from time to time as it deems fit.  If there is ambiguity in any of these provisions, the Organiser shall be the sole authority to interpret and in so doing, it may take into account the interests of all affected riders.  Any amendments to these R&R and/or T&Cs will be updated on the Official Website.
• The Organiser reserves the right to cancel the Event at any time without prior notice to riders, in which case the Organiser will make the effort to inform riders prior to the date of the Event. If the Event has to be cancelled, there shall be no refund of fees paid. The Organiser shall not be liable for any consequential loss or inconvenience caused.
• The Organiser reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice to riders, to amend the Event cycling routes as it deems fit for the safety of the riders and / or to prevent any potential hazards in the running of the Event. In such cases, every effort will be made to inform riders prior to the date of the Event. The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience consequential to such changes.
