TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Please be informed that per Facial session is STRICTLY limited to only Eight (8) Ladies with Full Ticket purchase.  RM 5.00 shall be paid upon Registration during the event for Food arrangement per pax and also applies to Any Extra Companion / Friend that you will bring along. 

However, please inform us 2 to 3 days in advance before the day of Facial Party event @ the number of girlfriends that you are bringing along, so that we can arrange enough Refreshments & Coffee for everyone.  We currently only arrange Refreshments portion for 8 Ladies, but with given notice, we will arrange for more people with Confirmed Booking.

• Kindly whatsapp to 019-4902355 to Register your Selected Date, Full Name, Mobile Number & IC Number immediately after payment is made. Failing to do so, will not be permitted Entry to the event.  We require your names to place a Label on your tables so as to identify you as eligible Eight (8) Ladies as a Full Ticket participant

• Should you have to bring along smaller kids below age of 5 - Please kindly bring along your caretaker / family member to assist taking care of the kids to avoid any breakage at our venue, we prefer as such due to not having any interruption during our facial party.  We would also want to avoid spillage, as there are water basins around the tables. Participants are advised to come without children below age 5 whenever possible to leave the younger kids at home.

• We only provide facial accessories & Travel Kit Gift for our Eight (8) participants.  Should you bring an extra friend who wishes to try the facial products, they will have to buy a Full-Price Ticket with Travel Kit Gift (RM 17.00) to book for next day facial party event or any day session at their convenience.  Please inform us 2 to 3 days in advance to arrange for Refreshments if you are bringing an extra friend.  RM 5.00 must be paid in advance on the day of event.  The Host / Organizer of this event shall not be queried upon if anyone do not have any Refreshments as we had stated our Advanced Notice requirement for any last minute attendees.

• RM 17.00 Admission Fee (inclusive fee charged by Ticket2u, to be paid in advance for booking), A separate fee of RM 5.00 for Refreshments shall be Paid Upon Arrival at Registration before Entry - If No Show, Payment made will be forfeited, Strictly No Refund as we require to cover our paid expenses due to NO-SHOW. We will contact you to arrange another session without travel kit.  With much gratitude, we will provide some refreshments for you to bring home on the day of your chosen Session Replacement day.  Upon payment, cancellation is not allowed

If you cannot attend the session - you MUST INFORM WITHIN 2 DAYS OF PAYMENT - Replacement session can be arranged according to your available time (Replacement Sessions shall not be schedule on any of our Facial Party weekends from 3:00pm to 6:00pm)

Payment shall be made via. Ticket2U payment gateway.
