First launched 4 years ago, District 13's recently underwent a face-lift to improve its facilities and is now proud and ready to open its doors to the public to showcase the various classes offered at its sprawling space of over 10,000 sq. ft.

PRIMAL EXPRESS : (Suitable for ALL fitness levels)
Join us for an hour of varying exercise intensities. Learn how to use your body to move kettlebells and weights efficiently and effectively to maximise your workouts. (Suitable for ALL fitness levels).

PACK : (Suitable for ALL fitness levels)
Worried about your back and afraid of lifting barbells? This class is usually only available to members of District 13 Gym but for one day only, we are opening it up to the public! In this session, we will teach you how to perform a deadlift with the proper form and technique, teaching you what it means to use your back and hips safely to lift load. Followed by a whole body conditioning workout that will certainly get you sweating.

Want to know how the competitive athletes train? Jump in for this 1-hour session with focus on mobility and understanding your training pace to assist you in training smarter.
**Pre-requisite:
Clean and jerk : Men 45kg & Women 30kg
Kipping pull-ups & toes to bar

Join head coach of Vanguard Weightlifting, Ben and national lifter Elisha as they guide you through Olympic Weightlifting basics and refine lifting movement patterns.
