7KM Night Run With Bagan 2018

Night Run With Bagan is a joint effort fun run event organized by DAPSY Bagan with PLC Bagan with aim to promote Bagan as a tourism spot, to create a healthy lifestyle, and to promote unity amongs citizen regardless of race and community from all level. 

This event will be organised for 3 consecutive years (2018-2019-2020) with one piece of Puzzle medal for a year. Thus, we are awarding all the finishers with the first puzzle piece limited edition medal on 8 December 2018 after reaching the finishing line.

1. The Night Run With Bagan event is organized by the joint efforts of Dapsy Bagan and PLC Bagan along with local partners in the locality.

2. To join our Night Run event, participants are required to pay a non-refundable entry fee of RM40.00 with an accomplished official registration form for early bird before 16 September 2018. The actual non-refundable registration fee after early bird (17 Sep 2018) is RM 50.

3. This race is open for participants aged 13 and above. Participants who are below the legal age of 13 shall present a parent’s consent as part of their requirements.

4. The schedule of the race will be on 8 December 2018 at Lorong Bagan Luar 2, Bagan Luar. The Night Run start time will be on 8PM. 

5. All the participants were entitled for medal with condition they must reach at finish line. Participant must go to redemption counter to collect their medal with valid runner number. 

6. The lucky draw will be held after all the participant complete reach at finish line. All the participants is entitled to one lucky draw winner and the winner must show their runner number as a proof to claim the price.

7. Pets, bicycles, motor vehicles, and other wheel-run objects are prohibited. Only official race and medical vehicles are allowed. 

8. All the participants will enjoy insurance coverage provided by organizer.

9 The organizer reserves the right to amend the Rules and Regulations without giving prior notification or any reasons thereof.

10. All the registration form can be collected at Unique Flower Shop (Monday until Saturday) start at 10am until 7pm and MAYZ Hair Saloon (Tuesday until Sunday) start at 11am until 8pm but Sunday is open until 6pm only same go to the submission form for both of the location.
