This event is organized by Persatuan Penderma Darah Sabah and Co-organised by Event Finders. Early Bird is at RM50 only and open for 300 slots and closes on 3 Nov 2018 thereafter normal fees at RM65.00. This run is open to all ages. What do you get from the registration, you will get an event microfiber T-shirt, Cap and Finisher Medal. And at the event day drinks and snacks will be provided. What’s more? Make sure you stay until end of the event because attractive lucky draws awaits you at the end event. Who knows you are the lucky ones!

WAIVER AND RELEASE FORM

General

Charity Blood Run 2018 is Organised by “EVENT FINDERS”

Registration for the race is only confirmed upon payment and issuance of a receipt from Ticket2U online.

Safety

Reasonable precaution will be taken by Organiser to ensure the Participants’ safety, the Participant takes part in event at his or her own risk. The Organizer or Event Sponsors will not be responsible or held liable for any injury or death howsoever arising from training for or during participation in the event. The Participant is strongly encouraged to consult his or her medical practitioner prior to registration and before the actual run day. The participants agree to assume all risks incidental to such participation which risk may include, among other thing, muscle injuries, heat and stress related issues and broken bones.

On my behalf, and on my behalf of my heirs, executors, administrator and next kin, I hereby release, covenant not to sue and forever discharge the release parties of and from liabilities, claims action, damage, costs of expenses of any nature arising out of or in any way connected with my participation in the event. I declare that I am physically fit and or otherwise whether suffered by me before during the event. I further authorize medical treatment for me at my cost, if the need arises.

I further grant the release party the right to photograph and/or videotape me and further to display use and/or otherwise exploit my name, face, likeness, voice and appearance forever and throughout the world.

The waiver and release form shall be governed by the Law of Malaysia, I certify I am 18 year or older and the information set forth is true and complete. For age under 18 years, to obtain a consent from parents.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Race

Pets, bicycles, in-line skates, prams, push carts, shoes with built-in or attached rollers and any other wheel-run object are not allowed on the run route. EF reserves the right to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records during the event.

Cancellation

After registration, there will be no fee refund for a Participant who does not eventually take part in the event, for any reason.

Run Categories

This run is open to all ages and non-competitive run therefore no timing device will be issued and no official timing will be provided.

Race Pack Collection

All Participants must collect their goodies bag one 2 days before event. Participant will get finisher medal, Tee-shirt and collection venue will be announced later on Charity Blood Run 2018 facebook page and email to respective participants.

Uncollected Pack

After the event, the Organizer will reserved one week to collect race pack, any claims after one week will not be entertained.

Race-Time:

Charity Blood Run 2018 timing is subject to Police permit approval therefore the Organiser has the right to change time of the run.
