Terms & Conditions  

1.            The Organizer has the right to amend the advertised programme, venue, seating arrangements and audience capacity at any time without prior notice to participants.

2.            The Organizer, under no circumstances, will accept responsibility for any injury, illness or loss of items whilst travelling to the event, during the event, or return travel from the event. Any and all required insurance covers shall be the responsibility of each attendee/guest.Insurance covers include but are not limited to; workers compensation, public liability and travel insurance. 

3.            NO REFUND for cancellation but, you may transfer your registration to another person. Delegates must inform the organizer in writing for replacement at least 1 week before the event. 

4.            Delegates must make their own transport arrangement as there will be no complimentary parking.
