Key Areas of the Conference: 

For the first time in Malaysia, this conference will feature InsideRisk as a preview to all CEO Conference 2019 participants. 

InsideRisk’s Leadership Program has been designed to trigger in-depth reflection on the essence of leadership. The program allows participant to experience the case of J.P. Mottu, a Swiss executive who took charge of saving an employee kidnapped by Colombian rebels in 1988. During a live, moderated multimedia presentation, participant called upon to make the most challenging decisions critical to the case, then discuss these decisions in small groups before comparing them with those that were made in the real-life situation.

After assessing how participants tend to react under pressure, participants will go through a live-moderated debrief and a masterclass featuring Prof. George Kohlrieser onscreen, addressing key leadership qualities and behaviours. The debrief which will be conducted by a master facilitator, provides a bridge between new learnings and participants day-to-day realities. The process leads the participant to identify their leadership strengths, weaknesses, and biases and incites the participants to take action on the kind of “fingerprint” the participants wish to put on their organization, team, and self.
