Bib transfer, cancellation and categories change
Entry fee can’t be refund once you’ve registered for the race
Bib transfer is not allowed due to administrative reason.
Beg Deposits
Participants can drop their bag at designated beg deposits counter.

Did Not Finish
Participants will be considered as did not finish (DNF) the race if unable to complete the distance of your category within the cutoff time. Participants will be considered as DNF too if unable to reach the designated Check Point within the cutoff time . Kindly cooperate with the official on duty and allow them to carry out the DNF procedure.
If participants decided to quit during the race, kindly report to the nearest Check Point and follow further instruction by the officials. Participants may return to the finish line by yourself or in case of injuries, wait for medical assistant.
Cancellation
In the event of cancelation, participiants are NOT LIABLE to claim for any refunds or any losses.
The organizer reserves the right to cancel the race at any time without prior notice to the Participants, in which case they will make reasonable effort to inform the participants prior to the date of the event.
Bad Weather
If it rains before the event :
Runners are to proceed to race venue for further instructions.
·If there are any delays, announcements will be made at the event ground by 6.00 am.
·If the bad weather persists past 6.45 am, the race will be cancelled.
If it rains during the race:
Announcements will be made by the marshals along the running route to advice participants to take shelter. Participants can proceed with the run at their own risk.
After the run :
Don`t just head home right after completing the run. Come and join us at the Laman Karya for more activities held by Persatuan Aktivis Sahabat Alam (KUASA).
Reminder
This is an eco friendly event, all participants must keep the event free from rubbish by returning their trash and waste in designated RECYCLE BINS provided by organizer.
Disqualified
You will be disqualified (DQ) if you were found cheating by taking shortcuts, use any sort of vehicle for assistance , do not carry the mandatory items or commit any act harmful to other runners and officials.
Medical and Insurance
> There will be medical personnel on standby at the race site.
> All participants are protected by Personal Accidents Insurance.
> Ambulance service is on standby as well for emergency cases.
> Participants are responsible to ensure that they are fit and healthy before starting the race. Please consult your doctor if there is any doubt.
> Participants are to accept the risk associated with the event as per indemnity clause stated in the registration form.
> The organizer will not be held responsible for any claim resulted from this event.
> It is recommended that you have extra personal accident insurance or health insurance.
Age requirements
All participants are to strictly adhere to the age limitations imposed on the category.
Any Participants below the age of 18(at the date of the race) is required to seek parental or guardian consent and complete the relevant indemnity and declaration forms when registering, failing which the organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to that participants.
