Improve Movement Skill & Body Awareness
Speed training improves the rate of force production. Agility training can improve dynamic balance while reactivity and quickness drills can enhance natural reflexes, helping you to move faster in almost everything you do.

Uses more Muscles and Brain to burn more calories.
The body uses approximately 5 calories of energy to consume one liter of oxygen. When more muscles and brain are involved during exercise, the body requires more oxygen, which increases the amount of calories burned.

Activate EPOC to continue to burn calories after workout.
This ability to burn calories after the workout is technically known as excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC) where your body still recovering from the oxygen used by muscles and can be a big help to those with weight-loss goals.
