Marina Island is celebrating its ROUND 3 WATER FESTIVAL in this Songkran Month.  Come join this bonding activity with your friends, family and even colleagues with this meaningful and yet exciting water activities. 

Marina Island Water Festival 2019 ROUND 3 is expected to have 5000 participants as compared to 3000 in 2017 and 1200 in 2015. This round, more exciting activities will be added to its signature water challenge games ie  DUNK TANK, GLADIATOR, MUD POOL Challenge. Children can play with WATER SLIDE game for FREE at this time, the ENTRANCE for Children below 12 years old will be FREE. 

Winners of challenging games will be rewarded with water balloons.  Participants are advised to Pre Register for LUCKY DRAW Prizes.

1. Online Ticket Purchaser MUST REDEEM ( show proof of this receipt) for actual TICKET before entering at event site
2. Online Ticket Purchaser are advised to come early for Actual TICKET REDEMPTION
3. Actual TICKET MUST be kept for proof of purchase. No reissuance of ticket will be entertained.
4. All participants are advised to Pre – Register and stand a chance to win aLUCKY DRAW PRIZE.

DISCLAIMER: PARTICIPANTS & INVITEES

1)All participants shall take full responsibility for their own safety & belongings and the same of their related parties. The Owner and Management of the Marina Island Group of Companies or its assignee(s), representative(s) or agent(s) shall not be held liable directly or vicariously over any injury to participants or harm brought to any third party by the participants or their related parties, or for any damage to their property belongings and earnings of the same in whatsoever manner during this Waterpark Festival. All participants shall not seek any compensation or make claims for the said in whatsoever manner.  

2)The Organizer of the Event shall not be held liable for any poor weather, water& electricity supply interruptions or any shortcomings caused by the “Act of God”, or for any reason(s) beyond its control or care. The right to admission is solely at the discretion of the Organizer. The Organizer solely reserves the rights to decide on any matters pertaining to the Waterpark Festival. Any decision made by the Organizer of the Event shall be final.

3)Children below twelve (12) years old shall be ONLY allowed into the festival vicinity under the strict guidance of their parents. The parents shall be fully responsible for their children safety and care.      

4)Car boot music, vuvuzelas, any kind of sirens or any instrument that may bring about noise pollution are prohibited in the festival site.

5)All participants and invitees are to ensure that passage for the use of emergency vehicles is not obstructed at all times during the festival.

6)All participants and invitees are to ensure that all rubbish & waste are disposed of the rubbish bins provided by the Organizer.

7)No transportation vehicles are allowed at the site and are to be parked at the provided parking areas. The vehicle parked at non-undesignated areas shall be cramped and a fine shall be imposed.

8)No professional photography or videography equipment is allowed at the festival site unless written approval is obtained from the Organizer.

9)The Organizer reserves the right to do the coverage of the event at its discretion. No third party coverage without permission from the Organizer is allowed.

10)All participants and invitees are advised to bring sufficient cash for any purchases.

11)The Organizer reserves the right to have the absolute authority to decide on matters pertaining to the Waterpark festival.

12)The Organizer and the Management of Group of Companies shall be permitted to use the information, photographs and videos for its future sales and marketing purposes for the Marina Island oncoming related events and promotions. With these joint effect, it is deemed that consent had been granted to Marina Island and its related companies to use this social media material for its forthcoming events.
