The transformational power of this course lies in activating and deepening your relational capacities through practical and embodied exercises. These capacities can lead to more connection, intimacy, trust, aliveness and authenticity.

About the facilitator:
Tara Li - A transformation alchemist. In Tara's life and Circling practice she possesses a deep willingness to be with others in core vulnerabilities and is passionate about exploring truth, full aliveness, authentic intimacy and the wisdom of the body. She drew on her years of experience of facilitating conscious movement, voice, improv theater and Tantra to support people dive deeper in listening the wisdom of the body in the world of Authentic Relating and Circling.

1.  Cancellations

Cancellations should be made at least 3 hours prior to the class starting. Any cancellations made beyond this will be charged in full or deducted from your existing package (excluding monthly unlimited package).

2.  No Shows

No shows will be charged in full or deducted from your existing package.

3.  Transferability and Refunds

Packages are not transferable or refundable once purchased.

4. Medical History
