Disney on Ice - Costume Contest 

Date: 23 March 2019 

Venue: Ground Floor, Centre Court, Atria Shopping Gallery

Open to kids aged 12 years old and below only. Limited to first 50 participants.

Eligibility & Contest Information:

1. This Costume Contest (“the Contest”) will be held on 23 March 2019 (Sat), 3:00pm - 5:00pm or such other period as the Management of Atria Shopping Gallery (“Management”) may in its absolute discretion determine (“the Contest Period”). 
2. The Contest is only open to participants aged 12 years old and below. 
3. The employees of Atria Shopping Gallery and their immediate family members, its advertising and promotional agents, tenants and occupiers of Atria Shopping Gallery shall not be eligible for the Contest. 
4. With regard to the participation of the Contest: -
   • Please register by 20 March 2019 (Wed).
   • Only the first fifty (50) of participants with duly completed contest entry forms will be eligible to participate in the Contest (“the Eligible Participants”). All registration will be treated on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis. 
   • Participant with incomplete, illegible and/or any late submission of contest entry forms shall be disqualified.
   • All contest entry forms shall be retained and belong to the Management and shall be dealt with as the Management deem fit.
   • The Eligible Participants may refer to the following list of movies/character as costume preparation reference: 
     1. Frozen
     2. Toy Story
     3. Moana
     4. Mickey & Minnie 
     5. Finding Dory
     6. Little Mermaid
     7. Tangled 
     8. Inside Out
     9. Other Disney princesses
   • Best dressed will be awarded and the Eligible Participants shall be judged based on Costume (50%), Catwalk (20%), Creativity (10%) and overall presentation (20%).
   • In the event any of the Eligible Participants are late for more than ten (10) minutes after the Contest starts, the Eligible Participants may be disqualified by the Management. 
   • The Eligible Participants will be judged by a pre-determined panel of judges and the decision of the judges is final and conclusive. 
   • In case of any doubt, the decision made by the Management shall be final and conclusive and shall be binding on the Eligible Participants.
   • The Walt Disney Company and its parents, affiliates and subsidiaries are not responsible for the promotion, administration or execution of this contest.

Disney on Ice - Singing Contest 

Date: 29 March 2019 

Venue: Ground Floor, Centre Court, Atria Shopping Gallery

Open to kids aged 9 to 14 years old only. Limited to first 25 participants.

Eligibility & Contest Information:

1. This Singing Contest (“the Contest”) will be held on 29 March 2019 (Fri), 2:00pm - 4:00pm or such other period as the Management of Atria Shopping Gallery (“Management”) may in its absolute discretion determine (“the Contest Period”). 
2. The Contest is only open to participants aged 9 to 14 years old only. 
3. The employees of Atria Shopping Gallery and their immediate family members, its advertising and promotional agents, tenants and occupiers of Atria Shopping Gallery shall not be eligible for the Contest. 
4. With regard to the participation of the Contest: -
   • Please register by 26 March 2019 (Tues).
   • Only the first twenty five (25) of participants with duly completed contest entry forms will be eligible to participate in the Contest (“the Eligible Participants”). All registration will be treated on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis. 
   • Participant with incomplete, illegible and/or any late submission of contest entry forms shall be disqualified.
   • All contest entry forms shall be retained and belong to the Management and shall be dealt with as the Management deem fit.
   • The Eligible Participants may refer to the following list of movies/character as song preparation reference:

Earth Hour Treasure Hunt  

Date: 30 March 2019 

Venue: Ground Floor, Centre Court, Atria Shopping Gallery

Limited to first 50 pairs.
1 pair: One adult (aged above 18 years old) and one child (aged 12 years old and below).

Eligibility & Contest Information:

1. This Earth Hour Treasure Hunt (“the Contest”) will be held on 30 March 2019 (Sat), 8:00pm - 9:30pm or such other period as the Management of Atria Shopping Gallery (“Management”) may in its absolute discretion determine (“the Contest Period”). 
2. The Contest is only open to participants who come in pairs [One adult (aged above 18 years old) and one child (aged 12 years old and below)]. 
3. The employees of Atria Shopping Gallery and their immediate family members, its advertising and promotional agents, tenants and occupiers of Atria Shopping Gallery shall not be eligible for the Contest. 
4. With regard to the participation of the Contest: -
   • Please register by 27 March 2019 (Wed).
   • Only the first fifty (50) pairs of participants with duly completed contest entry forms will be eligible to participate in the Contest (“the Eligible Participants”). All registration will be treated on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis. 
   • Participant with incomplete, illegible and/or any late submission of contest entry forms shall be disqualified.
   • All contest entry forms shall be retained and belong to the Management and shall be dealt with as the Management deem fit.
   • In the event any of the Eligible Participants are late for more than ten (10) minutes after the Contest starts, the Eligible Participants may be disqualified by the Management. 
   • The Eligible Participants will be judged by a pre-determined panel of judges and the decision of the judges is final and conclusive.

Disney on Ice - Colouring Contest 

Date: 31 March 2019 

Venue: First Floor, Atria Shopping Gallery (near Mr. DIY)

Open to kids aged 12 years old and below only. Limited to first 100 participants.

Eligibility & Contest Information:

1. This Colouring Contest (“the Contest”) will be held on 31 March 2019 (Sun), 2:00pm - 4:00pm or such other period as the Management of Atria Shopping Gallery (“Management”) may in its absolute discretion determine (“the Contest Period”). 
2. The Contest is only open to participants aged 12 years old and below. 
3. The employees of Atria Shopping Gallery and their immediate family members, its advertising and promotional agents, tenants and occupiers of Atria Shopping Gallery shall not be eligible for the Contest. 
4. With regard to the participation of the Contest: -
   • Please register by 28 March 2019 (Thurs).
   • Only the first hundred (100) of participants with duly completed contest entry forms will be eligible to participate in the Contest (“the Eligible Participants”). All registration will be treated on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis. 
   • Participant with incomplete, illegible and/or any late submission of contest entry forms shall be disqualified.
   • All contest entry forms shall be retained and belong to the Management and shall be dealt with as the Management deem fit.
   • In the event any of the Eligible Participants are late for more than ten (10) minutes after the Contest starts, the Eligible Participants may be disqualified by the Management. 
   • The Eligible Participants will be judged by a pre-determined panel of judges and the decision of the judges is final and conclusive. 
   • In case of any doubt, the decision made by the Management shall be final and conclusive and shall be binding on the Eligible Participants.

General Terms and Conditions:

1. The Management’s decision on all matters relating to the Contest shall be final and binding on all Eligible Participants. 
2. The Management reserves the right to publish/display the names, photographs and particulars of the Eligible Participants in any media/publication whatsoever. 
3. The Management reserves the right at any time to vary, delete or add on the terms and conditions herein without any prior notice. 
4. The Management reserves the right at any time to cancel or postpone this Contest at its absolute discretion without any liability whatsoever to the Eligible Participants. 
5. By participating in the Contest, all Eligible Participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein. 

The Management shall not be liable for any losses, damages or injuries arising from and out of the carrying out of the Contest. 

Terms and Conditions of the Prizes

1. Eligible Participants shall be eligible for one (1) prize only. 
2. All prizes are presented to the winners on an “as is” basis and the Management shall not be responsible howsoever for the usability, suitability, warranty, quality and condition of the prizes.
3. All Eligible Participants are to collect their respective prizes on the same day after the Contest. Any uncollected prizes will be forfeited.
4. All winners are responsible to collect their respective prizes at their own cost and expense at such time and place as may be notified by the Management.
5. The prizes do not include any accessories or items that are shown in any leaflets, posters or other promotional materials and the Management reserves the right to change the colour of the prizes.
6. The Management reserves the right at any time to substitute any of the prizes whether in whole or in part with another item of similar value without prior notice to the winners. 
7. All prizes are non-transferable nor exchangeable for cash, credit or kind. 
8. All winners shall abide and be bound by any conditions/warranties that are/may be imposed in respect of the receipt or use of the prizes. Management reserves the right to amend, vary, extend or discontinue these terms and conditions at any time for any reason without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on Atria Shopping Gallery Official Website (www.atria.com.my) immediately.
