Program Information

As part of our programme, we encourage children exploration and we cultivate various child’s experiences of the world with intensity and richness in vision, where it helps in evolving the process of spiritual self-discovery in the children’s growing up ages.

We emphasize the establishment of parent-child link, treasure your quality time spending with your kids mean instilling tremendous positive encouragement through the nurturing relationship, which forms the primary attachment that creates the foundation for self-confidence, the ability to learn new things, and capability to interact, of which are part of the formation of good character building in your kids too.

We nurture the kids to build their small LOVE towards big LOVE for the World Peace, from small seeds!

1. The Parent Child Bonding Camp (“The Camp”) is organized by GEM Growing Eager Minds (“The Organizer”)
and is open to all Malaysians, PR and expatriates living and residing in Malaysia with a valid identification
document.
2. The Camp will be held on 24th March 2019 (Sunday) at Semenyih Eco Venture Resort & Recreation.
(Lot No PT, 1351, Jalan Sungai Lalang, 43500 Semenyih, Selangor)
3. The Camp charges:
Standard Rate : RM120 per kid ( aged 3 to 12 years old)
Standard Rate : RM80 per parent
Family Package A : 2 Parents + 2 Kids = RM360
Family Package B : 2 Parents + 1 kid = RM250
Above charges are inclusive of learning materials, simple lunch, and insurance.
* Fees does not include Transportation Charges.
4. Participants shall bring along their daily clothes for exchange and toiletries and any medicine if relevant. It is
obliged to inform The organizer if participants are subject to any medication with special attention is needed.
5. Attire for the Camp : T-shirt, sport shoes, casual. Strictly no skirt and no jewelerries.
6. All details in the Entry Form must be completed. The Organizer will not bear the responsibilities for any failures
in approaching participants’ parents/guardians for any updates if incomplete records.
7. All participants are encouraged to pack lightly and to avoid bringing any valuables to The Camp. The Organizer
will not be responsible for any damage or loss.
8. Maximum for the camp is only limited to total of 150 students.
9. Payment made is strictly non refundable. You are eligible to find for replacement, with notification to The
Organizer 7 days before the date of the camp. Last minute lesser then 7 days advance changes are not be
entertained.
10. Itinerary of the camp:
8.30am to 6.00pm on 24th March 2019 (Sunday)

11. By signing up for The Camp, the participant agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of The Camp. The
participant declares to be medically fit to compete and fully understand that the participant enters The Camp at
their own risk and shall not hold The Organizer and sponsors liable for any accident, injury, death, loss of
property caused during or as a result of The Camp. Participants are strongly encouraged to consult their doctor
before The Camp day.
12. By signing up for persons under 12 years old, parents/ legal guardians agree to authorize them to participate.
Failure to do so, will prevent the participant from joining The Camp.
13. The Camp is covered by an insurance public liability, but we encourage you to subscribe a personal insurance.
14. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the itinerary of The Camp as deemed fit for the safety of the
participants at any time without prior notice to the participants. In such cases, every effort will be made to
inform the participants prior to The Camp. The Organizer shall not be held liable for any loss or inconvenience
caused due to such changes.
15. A participant must retire from The Camp immediately, if required to do so by any member of the official medical
staff, official crew or camp director.
16. By signing up for The Camp, the participant expressly and exclusively grants to The Organizer and its assigns,
the irrevocable right to use the participant’s data for promotional and marketing purposes, world-wide in any
and all devices, media, whatsoever, now known or hereafter known.
17. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel The Camp at any time without prior notice to the participants, in which
case The Organizer will make effort to inform the participants prior to the date of The Camp. If The Camp has to
be cancelled, there shall be no refund of fees paid unless The Organizer deems fit to give a refund and The
Organizer shall not be held liable for any loss or inconvenience caused.
18. Payment made is strictly non refundable. You are eligible to find for replacement, with notification to The
Organizer 7 days before the date of The Camp. Last minute lesser then 7 days advance changes are not be
entertained. No amendments of information will be entertained upon submission of the registration form(s).
20. The Organizer reserves the right to limit and refuse entry for whatsoever reasons.
