1. Once confirmed, a ticket purchased on Ticket2U.com (“Ticket”) cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded.
2. Tickets are confirmed when full payment is received and when a confirmation e-mail together with an e-ticket is sent to you.
3. The e-ticket sent with your confirmation e-mail shall be your valid pass to the event and should be presented, either as physical or softcopy through gadget(s) at the registration counter in order for you to gain admission.
4. It is the responsibility of the Ticket holder to ensure the e-ticket QR code is readable for verification purpose upon registration.
5. The e-ticket is only valid to the Ticket holder as per registered on Ticket2U. 
6. The Ticket may be transferred to another person with the condition that a notice is sent to the organizer not later than seven (7) days before the event date with valid reason(s). The organizer reserves the right to decline any request for e-ticket transfer after the aforementioned period.
7. Tickets must not be resold or offered for resale either by the original Ticket purchaser or any subsequent bearer. If a Ticket is sold in breach of this condition, the Ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the bearer of the Ticket may be refused admission.
8. The organizer reserves the right to modify, replace or discontinue any parts of these Terms at any given time as deemed fit and necessary without prior notice.
