2. Please plan ahead and be punctual as we shall begin the workshop on time at 9.30am.
3. As for parking, you can either park at the WISMA HELP parking (RM5 per hour) or park at the roadside parking lots (pay as the DBKL parking rate).
4. For your comfort, you may want to bring along a jacket/sweater as the air conditioning may be colder than expected.

  • Introduction of Empathy 
  • Learn the social neuroscience of empathy
  • Learn how to access your natural ability to empathically resonate with clients- the Empathy Cycle
  • Learn the complexity of Empathy and the Channels of receptivity
  • Learn to exercise opening the Channels of Receptivity
  • Learn to do the Empathic Resonance Exercise / Focusing
  • To be able to understand the difference of Empathic Understanding and Evocative Empathy responses to help clients
  • To be able to use Empathic Conjectures for deepening clients experiences in sessions.
