Labuan Big show will be a series of events and activities schedule in a 3 day period over the beautiful and historical Labuan Square and its vicinity. 3 Hot Air Balloons will light up the skies of Labuan which will be breathtaking nonetheless. LABS will also present new and exciting products throughout the 3 days and is certainly not to be missed.

Visitors are able to purchase the tickets for the tethered balloon ride. A tethered balloon ride is one where the balloon board passengers, then goes aloft to a low altitude of below 100ft, while remaining tethered to the ground using straps or lines. Ideal for people with fears of flying or heights, it is the safest possible way to introduce a hot air balloon flight experience. The rides typically last a few minutes each and a number of people can easily be flown in a single 3 hour session.

Besides the hot air balloon, visitors can also participate in other activities during LABS, such as Kids Mini Theme Park, Cold Inflation Walk In The Balloon, Fun Run & Ride, Walk Hunt, Arts and Cultural Exhibition, LED Garden Lights, Tang Lung Parade, Food Fest & Food Truck, Pocket Shows and many more.

♦ 1 Ticket = 1 Ride

♦ 1 Ticket = 3 Persons OR Maximum 200 kg Per Ride

♦ Actual Ticket Redemption During Registration On Event Day = 30 Minutes Before Each Session

1. Ticket Collection is by Session only and is on a first come first serve basis.

2. Online Ticket Purchaser MUST come 30 minutes before the start of their session for the Actual TICKET REDEMPTION. Failure to do so will cause tickets to be forfeited. NON-REFUNDABLE.

3. Online Ticket Purchaser MUST REDEEM (show proof of this receipt) for actual TICKET before entering the event site.

4. Present your QR code to confirm your ticket. For reference, have a copy of the e-receipt sent together to purchaser’s email.

5. Actual TICKET MUST be kept for proof of purchase. No reissuance of ticket will be entertained.

6. Ticket is valid on event Date, Session and Time only, that was selected at the time of purchase. 1 ticket admits 3 persons, per session, per day only.

7. Organizer is not held responsible for visitors who missed their entrance time/session.

8. Tethered balloon rides are only available on:
a) Saturday and Sunday mornings, 5.30am-8.30am (weather permitting).
b) Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings, 5.30pm-8.30pm (weather permitting).

9. Weather permitting:
*Mother Nature does not always provide safe weather conditions for hot air balloon operations. Our balloon pilots together with the local authority are qualified to evaluate the weather forecast and current conditions and decide if it is safe to operate the balloons. Our first priority is the safety of our guests, pilots and crews. We will notify you via public announcement if we need to cancel the balloon portion of the event. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES.

10. Once tickets are sold, no exchanges or cancellations will be entertained.

11. The Organizer of the Event shall not be held liable for any poor weather or any shortcomings caused by the “Act of God”, or for any reason(s) beyond its control or care. The right to admission is solely at the discretion of the Organizer. The Organizer solely reserves the rights to decide on any matters pertaining to the Hot Air Balloon. Any decision made by the Organizer of the Event shall be final.

12. Maximum of 3 persons per ride OR not more than 200 kg.

13. Only children above the age of 4 years are permitted to fly.

14. Children under the age of 12 years Must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

15. SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN AND AROUND THE BALLOONS AT ANY TIME. Offenders will be asked to leave the site with no refund.

16. No drones are allowed.

17. The following person(s) are not permitted to fly:
a) People who have a heart disease.
b) Persons suffering from Epilepsy.
c) Pregnant women (more than 4 months).
d) Drunk and disorderly persons.

18. LABS will not be liable for illness or injury due to any undisclosed condition or failure to comply with any reasonable instruction given by the pilot, crew or company representatives.

19. All participants are to ensure that all rubbish & waste are disposed at the rubbish bins provided by the Organizer.

20. The Organizer shall be permitted to use the information, photographs and videos for its future sales and marketing purposes for the LABS oncoming events and promotions. With these joint effect, it is deemed that consent had been granted to LABS and its related companies to use this social media material for its forthcoming events.
