【购票须知】

1. 活动凭票入场。
2. 售出的门票一概不退回，除非活动展延或取消。
3. 南门音乐节不设座位，购票者可以在活动现场自由坐及走动。若要取得一个最佳位置，请提早到会场占位。
4. 不鼓励携带孩童参与活动。
5. 活动当天购票者需到柜台出示电子票根以兑换腕带票，届时购票者需凭此腕带自由进出活动现场。
6. 请务必保护好腕带票，一旦遗失需重新购买现场票。
7. Ticket2u是南门音乐节唯一线上购票管道及网站，请提防来自其他网站的诈骗。主办单位将不会对受害者的损失进行赔偿。
8. 线上购票者在付完款项后，将会收到来自ticket2u的电子票根邮件。
9. 请勿将电子票根分享或透露给他人。若活动当天有人预先使用和你一样的票根进入会场，你将无法进入活动现场，主办单位不会为此纠纷负上任何责任。
10. 请留守南门音乐节各类门票的数量限定、发售与截止日期。若门票在指定时间内售完或停止售卖 ，我们不会再对相关类别的门票进行加票或加时。所以一旦出现合心意的门票请尽早购买。
11. 购买单日票者需要慎选首日或次日，一旦进行付款后我们不处理更换日期的申请。
12. 请参阅及遵守Ticket2u和南门音乐节的购票须知。

1. Admission is by ticket only.
2. Tickets sold shall not be refundable unless the event has been postponed or cancelled.
3. There are no seats for the Southern Gate Music Festival, hence ticket holders are allowed to freely move about within the event venue. Kindly arrive at the event venue earlier for a better view of the music festival.
4. Ticket holders are encouraged not to bring along children for this event.
5. On the event day, ticket holders are required to show the e-ticket at the registration counter in exchange of a wristband. Ticket holders can then enter and exit the event venue based on the wristband.
6. Please make sure to keep wristband on your wrist at all times. Ticket holders will have to repurchase a new entrance ticket if the wristband is misplaced.
7. Ticket2u is the only ticketing portal and website for Southern Gate Music Festival. Please take note of any fake tickets sold by other websites. The organiser will not bear responsibility for any losses, damages or whatsoever towards the victims of fraud sales.
8. Ticket holders who purchase the the tickets online will then receive an e-ticket through email sent by Ticket2u.
9. Please do not share or disclose the e-ticket to anyone. During the event day, if someone else uses your e-ticket to enter the event venue, you will then be denied entry to the event. The organiser will not bear any responsibility on this matter.
10. Please take note of Southern Gate Music Festival's ticket quantity limit, date of tickets on sale, and end of ticket sales date. If the tickets have stopped selling or have been sold out, the organiser shall not add more tickets or time limit to that specific category of tickets or whatsoever.
11. Single day entry ticket holders have to choose carefully between the first day or second day of event. Once the payment has passed through, request for change of ticket dates shall not be entertained.
12. Please read and comply with the ticketing instructions of Ticket2u and Southern Gate Music Festival.
