| Terms & Conditions | Terms & Conditions: - All participating owners must redeem the goodies ahead on 21 June, 10am - 6pm to prepare ahead before arrival with furry kids on event day.
- All participating owners are required to be present at least 20 minutes before the event to prepare ahead their furry kids.
- All participating furry kid must be in good physical condition, good temperament, on leashed and under the control of its master at all times. Bitches on heat, pregnant or furry kids with fleas/ticks will be escorted off the ground and disqualified.
- No vicious, unmanageable or ill dogs are allowed to participate. Owner and furry kid will be immediately disqualified / banned from all activities if found these conditions during the event.
- All furry kid must be on ground and not carried or on pram throughout the event. Owner and furry kid will be immediately disqualified / banned from all activities if found these conditions during the event.
- Participating owner must not tug, force or injure the furry kid while playing the games or for which may be disqualified.
- Participating owner and furry kid must not cut queue and wait for turn throughout the game time.
- Participating owners to make sure race card are brought along at all time for completion stamps – any lost card will be disqualified.
- Participating owners are fully responsible of their furry kids’ litter (wee / poo) and must clean up immediately (to dispose all garbage in the designated bins). Owners and furry kid will be immediately disqualified / banned from all activities if found these conditions during the event.
- Participating owners that bring along young children must make sure they are accompanied at all time.
- Participating owners is fully responsible of their furry kids and must not leave them unattended at any time.
- All furry kids are only permitted within outdoor area and are not allowed to enter any indoor locations.
- Winner will be announced after the end of the event where judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
- All prizes are not exchangeable to cash. The organizer and sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with other items of equivalent value without prior notice.
- EcoWorld will not be held liable in any damage, injuries, loss of personal belongings or any unforeseen circumstances in any way whatsoever during the event.
- EcoWorld reserves the right to use particulars, details and materials form the event as publicity materials without prior notification.
- EcoWorld reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient registration. If so, participants will be notified.
- Registration will be closed on 20 June 2019 and all registration must be submitted only via Ticket2U portal.
