1. How To Enter
   1. In order to participate in the Atria Makan Fun Run, applicants are required to apply online by logging on to: http://www.ticket2u.com.my (“Website”) and complete the online registration form. Applicants may choose to participate in either the “Single” category or the “Group” category. 
   2. All fields that are marked mandatory must be completed by the applicant.
   3. An applicant will be directed to an online payment portal after submitting the complete application form and the online payment shall be made.
   4. Each application must be accompanied by a payment online whereby the fees for entering shall be in accordance to the list below (“the Fee”). 

5. Registration starts 20^th of September - 28th October 2019. The decision in accepting any application submitted after the announcement of registration closure shall be at Atria Shopping Gallery Sdn Bhd’s (“the Organiser”) sole and absolute discretion.
6. The confirmation of the participation of an applicant is subject to the discretion of the Organiser. The Organiser shall be entitled to reject any application without assigning any reason thereto.

• In the event any of the application is rejected, the Fee paid will be refunded to the applicant within 30 days from the date of the notice of such rejection.

8. No refunds shall be provided once the registration form is submitted and payment of the Fee is made save and except where expressly provided for herein.
9. All registration forms shall be retained and shall be the property to the Organiser and shall be dealt with as the Organiser deems fit.
10. All terms and conditions stated herein and in the Website shall be deemed accepted once the online registration form is completed and the online payment is made.

2. Eligibility
   1. The Atria Makan Fun Run is open to the public. 
   2. Participants for the “Single” category must be 12 years old and above. 
   3. The team for the “Group” category must consist of four (4) Participants. The team may consist of four participants aged 12 years old and above, or team consisting of more than one child aged between 4 to 11 years old and an adult participant, aged 18 or above.
   4. In the event a child between the ages of 4 to 11 years old is in the “Group” category, the other participant must be the parent or guardian of the said child and the adult participant shall be solely responsible for the welfare and safety of the said child. 

3. Participation Rules & Qualifying Criteria for Merchandise/Products/Prizes
   1. Each participant:-
      1. is required to wear the official “Atria Makan Fun Run 2019” T-shirt and a number bib at the front of the T-shirt throughout the duration of the Atria Makan Fun Run; and
      2. shall be entitled to ONE (1) Race Kit only, as defined below.
   2. Details for the collection of the T-shirt and/or number bibs by the registered participant shall be provided by the Organiser before the date of the Atria Makan Fun Run. The T-shirt, number bib, and all other products that may be allocated for the Atria Makan Fun Run by the Organiser to the registered participant, shall collectively be referred to as the “Race Kit”.
   3. A participant shall be required to arrive at the flag-off point 30 minutes before the flag-off time.
   4. In the event a participant fails to complete the entire route of the Atria Makan Fun Run, or is deemed unsuitable to participate in the Atria Makan Fun Run by the Organiser, the said participant is still entitled to keep the Race Kit. 

4. Liability & Responsibility
   1. The applicant shall be responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the information provided in the registration form. The Organiser shall not be responsible in any way whatsoever to check and verify the information and/or consent so given.
   2. The applicant/participant hereby acknowledges that he/she takes part in the Atria Makan Fun Run at his/her own risks and he/she shall assume full liability and responsibility for any mishap, injury, damage, accident, ill health or death suffered by him/her and hereby releases and holds the Organiser, their sponsors and their employees, agents and appointed officials harmless from any liability of whatsoever nature.
   3. Where the applicant/participant is accompanied by a third party, the applicant/participant shall ensure that the third party is aware and agree that he/she attends the Atria Makan Fun Run at his/her own risks and the applicant/participant shall assume full liability and responsibility for any mishap, injury, damage, accident, ill health or death of the third party and hereby releases and holds the Organiser, their sponsors and their employees, agents and appointed officials harmless from any liability.
   4. By participating, the participant is assumed to be fit and able to participate and/or complete the Atria Makan Fun Run and where applicable, had consulted his/her medical practitioner.
   5. The participant shall run the designated route and observe all the signage, instructions from appointed officials and/or safety regulations.

5. Rights of Organiser
   1. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the route for the Atria Makan Fun Run as the Organiser deems fit and any amendments/variations will be made known by way of notice posted on the Atria Official Website (www.atria.com.my) / Official Facebook Fans Page (fb.com/atriadj), email and such other form as the Organiser may decide and the participant is deemed to have due notice of the same. The Organiser shall not be liable for any other loss or inconvenience caused due to such amendments/variations.
   2. The Organiser reserves the right to delay and/or cancel the Atria Makan Fun Run upon occurrence of any event beyond the control of the Organiser including (but not limited to) acts of God, flood, fire, embargo, riot, war, natural disaster without any refund of the Fee.
   3. The Organiser reserves the sole and absolute right to remove any participant whom in the Organiser’s sole opinion, is guilty of jostling, obstructing or is involved in acts of nuisance and/or aggression. 
   4. The Organiser reserves the right to remove any participant the Organiser is of the sole opinion, is physically unfit or appears to be unfit or incapable of continuing/completing the route for the Atria Makan Fun Run.
   5. The Organiser reserves the right to use the names, photographs and video recordings taken before, during and after the Atria Makan Fun Run for purposes of advertising and/or publicity without any prior notice to the applicant/participant and the applicant/participant shall not claim ownership or compensation for such materials.
   6. No pets, or any form of wheel-run objects of transport (e.g. inline skates, prams, push cars, shoes with built-in or attached rollers) are allowed on the route of the Atria Makan Fun Run or within its vicinity except those to be used by official race marshals and medical personnel. 
   7. The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Atria Makan Fun Run shall be final and binding and no further correspondence or attempt to dispute such decision will be entertained.
   8. The Organiser reserves the rights to change, amend, delete or add to the terms and conditions of the Atria Makan Fun Run without prior notice and the applicant/participant shall be bound by such changes.
