COMPULSORY ITEMS 

Participants must bring and wear the following on the Run Day: 

• SPORTS and SAFE foot wear 
• FITLAB 1.2 T-shirt 
• Race Bib

Participants shall be responsible for their personal belongings. FITLAB.MY will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of any personal belongings or property in any manner whatsoever. 

REFUND 

No refund will be entertained once the transaction has been made. To amend registration are strictly but upon request.  

SAFETY 

• Rational precaution will be taken by Organiser to certify the Participants’ safety, insurance will cover event and each and participated individuals that has been registered and confirmed with FITLAB.MY, the Participant who takes part in event without proper channel at his or her own risk. The Organizer or Event Sponsors will not be responsible or held liable for any injury or death howsoever arising from training for or during participation in the event. The Participant is strongly encouraged to consult his or her medical practitioner prior to registration and before the actual run day. The participants agree to assume all risks incidental to such participation which risk may include, among other thing, muscle injuries, heat and stress related issues and broken bones. 
• Participants grant the organisers the right to photograph and/or videotape me and further to display use and/or otherwise exploit my name, face, likeness, voice and appearance forever and throughout the world. Audio and video recordings (including photographs) may be made of the Run by FITLAB.MY, its representatives, agents or third parties. All Participants consent to FITLAB.MY and such parties using without payment of any fee or compensation whatsoever, the Participant’s name and any such recordings in any promotional, reporting or advertising material and all Participants permanently relinquish all rights in respect of such recordings to FITLAB.MY and its affiliates. 
• The waiver and release form shall be governed by the Law of Malaysia, and must certify participants 16 year or older and the information set forth is true and complete. For age under 16 years, to obtain a consent from parent/guardian or parent/guardian is compulsory to accompany the participant during the event.
