1. All drugs, weapons, sharp objects or any illegal substances/ items under Malaysian law is prohibited

2. No professional cameras which include DSLRs, drones or monopods.

3. No outside food or beverages.

4. Guest are advised to wear proper beach attires.

5. Festival wristband must be worn at all times inside the festival ground. Broken wristband will be void and not be replaced.

6. Ticket price is not inclusive of  water-sport activities, merchandizes or meals during the festival day.

7. Alcohol consumption is for festival goers of the age of 21 and above only. 

8. Public indecency is prohibited.

9. No refund will be given in case of cancellation or reduced event duration due to weather and other unforeseen circumstances.

10. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

11. Organizer has the rights to reject/remove any festival goers that does not follow the terms and conditions of the festival. The safety of all attendees is our main priority.

12. By purchasing the tickets, the buyer has agreed to all the terms and conditions of the festival.
