What is Atria Summer Camp 2.0?

Atria Summer Camp 2.0 is a children’s edutainment event open to children ages 7 to 12 only to be held in Atria Shopping Gallery from 14 to 16 August 2019 (10.00 am until 4.30 pm) with a graduation ceremony to be held on 16 August 2019 at 4pm at Ground Floor, Centre Court.

How To Enter?

1. Interested parent/guardian (“the Applicant”) is required to apply online by logging on to: http://www.ticket2u.com.my (“Website”) and complete the online registration form and the necessary payments by 7 August 2019 (Wednesday). All fields that are marked mandatory must be completed.
2. A payment of the relevant fee sum shall be made on the Website by 5pm on 7 August 2019 whereby the fee sum for entering shall be in accordance to the list below (“the Fee”):
   1. RM250 for a single participant
   2. RM280 for single participant + sketching workshop
   3. RM460 for two participants in the same application.
   4. RM520 for two participants + sketching workshop in the same application.
   5. RM230 for a single participant who register at the first 50 participants (early bird special rate).
   6. RM260 for single participant + sketching workshop who register at the first 50 participants (early bird special rate).
3. An application is deemed completed upon successful registration via the Website hereinafter referred to as “Completed Application”.
4. Atria Shopping Gallery (“the Organiser”) has the sole and absolute discretion to accept or reject any Completed Application without any obligation to give any reason to the Applicant.
5. All accepted Completed Application will be notified by the Organiser by 7 August 2019.
6. In the event any of the Completed Application is rejected, the Fee paid will be refunded to the Applicant within 21 days from the date of the notice of such rejection.
7. No refund shall be made once the Completed Application is accepted by the Organiser save and except where expressly provided for herein.
8. All registration forms shall be retained and shall be the property to the Organiser and shall be dealt with as the Organiser deems fit.

Terms of Participation 

1. All participants are required to wear the official “Atria Summer Camp 2.0” name tag throughout the duration of the Atria Summer Camp 2.0. 
2. Name tags will be provided by the Organiser before the commencement of the Atria Summer Camp 2.0 on 14 August 2019. 
3. All participants are required to register their attendance not later than 15 minutes before the commencement for each day of the Atria Summer Camp 2.0 at the Ground Floor Centre Court of Atria Shopping Gallery.
4. All participants are required to adhere to the instructions given by the Organiser, its agents and/or its representatives throughout the Atria Sumer Camp 2.0. 
5. All participants are deem to be fit and able to participate and/or complete the Atria Summer Camp 2.0 and where applicable, the Applicants shall deem to have consulted his/her medical practitioner on the medical condition of the participant(s) before applying for the Atria Summer Camp 2.0. All special needs and/or special attention to be given to the participants shall be fully made known by the Applicant to the Organiser in writing before the commencement of the Atria Summer Camp 2.0.

Liability & Responsibility

1. The Applicant shall be responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the information provided in the online registration form. The Organiser shall not be responsible in any way whatsoever to check and verify the information and/or consent so given.
2. The Applicant shall be responsible for the transportation of the participant before and after the Atria Summer Camp 2.0. 
3. While all reasonable care will be exercised by the Organiser throughout the Atria Summer Camp 2.0, the Organiser shall not be held liable for any loss and/or damages to the participant’s properties and/or injury caused to the participant. The Applicant expressly releases and holds the Organiser, their sponsors, employees, agents and representatives harmless from any liability of whatsoever arising from and out of the Atria Summer Camp 2.0.
4. The Applicant irrevocably and unconditionally indemnify and keep the Organiser, its sponsors, employees, agents and representatives indemnified from and against all losses and expenses suffered or incurred arising from any claim by any party arises from and out of the Atria Summer Camp 2.0.

Rights of the Organiser

• The Organiser reserves the right to amend the programme or activities organised and/or the terms and conditions for the Atria Summer Camp 2.0 as the Organiser deems fit and any amendments/variations will be made known by way of notice posted on the Atria Official Website (www.atria.com.my), Official Facebook Fans Page (fb.com/atriadj), email and such other form as the Organiser may decide and the Applicant is deemed to have due notice of the same. The Organiser shall not be liable for any other loss or inconvenience caused due to such amendments/variations.

• The Organiser reserves the right to postpone and/or cancel the Atria Summer Camp 2.0 by way of notice posted on the Atria Official Website (www.atria.com.my), Official Facebook Fans Page (fb.com/atriadj), email and such other form as the Organiser may decide and the Applicant is deemed to have due notice of the same. In such event, the Organiser shall have the sole and absolute discretion whether or not to refund the Fees or any part thereof to the Applicants.

• The Organiser reserves the right to remove any participant the Organiser is of the sole opinion:-

1. is physically unfit or appears to be unfit or incapable of continuing/completing the Atria Summer Camp 2.0; 
2. has been obstructing or is involved in acts of nuisance and/or aggression during the Atria Summer Camp 2.0; and/or
3. has not comply with any rules and regulations as may be set by the Organiser and/or their sponsors or agents from time to time during the Atria Summer Camp 2.0.

• The Organiser reserves the right to use the names, photographs and video recordings taken before, during and after the Atria Summer Camp 2.0 for purposes of advertising and/or publicity without any prior notice to the Applicant and/or the participant and the Applicant and/or the participant shall not claim ownership or compensation for such materials.

• The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Atria Summer Camp 2.0 shall be final and binding and no further correspondence or attempt to dispute such decision will be entertained.
