Nilai Medical Centre (NMC) is organising a charity run in conjunction with the Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October. With the aim to raise RM100,000, NMC Pink Run 2019 hopes that the funds would provide more opportunities for underprivileged breast cancer patients to seek immediate and appropriate treatment. All funds received through sales of tickets and sponsorship  will be channeled to the National Cancer Society Malaysia (NCSM).

RACE KIT COLLECTION

Note:

• All race kits that are not collected during the specified collection date and on event day will be regarded as unwanted and the Organiser shall be allowed to dispose or redistribute them accordingly.
• Please print and bring the proof of payment during race kit collection.
• Actual colours of the shirt, bag and medal may vary slightly from what appears online

 Registration

•  All registration is to be made via ticket2u.com.my. All fields marked mandatory, must be filled by the applicant and all terms and conditions stated herein and in the website must be accepted.
• Each application must be accompanied by payment online. 
• For purposes of charity, there will be no refund of Fee in the event the event is cancelled or the applicant does not or is not allowed to participate in the event for any reasons whatsoever. The collection from the NMC Pink Run 2019 shall be for the benefit of the Beneficiary Organisation (National Cancer Society Malaysia).
• Closing Date for registration is  18^th October 2019. Decision whether to accept any application submitted after the Closing Date, shall be at the Organiser’s sole discretion.

 Eligibility  

• This run is opened to both local and international participants.
• Participants aged less than 18 years old must obtain approval of a parent/ guardian before registration. 
• Children below nine (9) years old can participate the 3KM Fun Run for FREE, but will not be entitled to redeem the race kit.
• Children who are participating in the event must be accompanied at all times by their parents or legal guardians. The Organiser will not be held responsible for any incidents resulting from the non-compliance of the above.

Rules and Regulations

• The Organiser reserves the right to use any photography (including those of participants) and recording during the event, for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising and distribution to sponsors. 
• Participants are strongly advised to go for a medical examination and/or to consult a medical practitioner before the event. It is the responsibility of every participant to ensure that they are fit and healthy to complete the run.
• Our medical team has the sole and final authority to remove any participant from the event if the participant is deemed to be physically unfit to continue the event without risk of serious injury.
• Our medical team will send the injured or sick participant to Nilai Medical Centre in the case of emergency. 
• Participants partake in this event at their own risk. The Organiser shall not be liable for any injuries, loss and/or damages to property, whether personal or otherwise, arising from the training for or during the event.
• It is recommended that all participants have personal accident and/or health insurance.
• All prize winners for the 10KM run must provide their identity card for verification.
• Winners will be disqualified if found to have transferred or exchanged their running bibs, did not run in their race category, did not run on the designated path/ route, and fail to obtain the required wristbands from checkpoint counter.
• The Organisers reserve the right to delay the start of the run in the event of heavy rain or extreme weather conditions. If the unfavorable weather conditions persist after the delay, the Organisers reserve the right to cancel the run without providing refunds. The Organisers shall not be held responsible for any claims whatsoever in any form made by any individual or parties concerned. Goodie bags and medals will still be given out to all participants. 
• The Organiser reserves the right to use any photographs (including those of Participant), motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records of the Event, for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising and distribution to the Organiser.
• The Organiser reserves the right to amend the rules and regulations at any time, at its soles discretion, without prior notifications.
