5) First round: The top 11 will be selected

Final round: Winner is decided based on various latte art design challenges

规则与条例
1. 自由图花。

2. 在3分钟内完成艺术品，时间过便取消资格。
评分系统由评委根据：
时间
对比
对称
困难
创造力
泡沫质量
整体外观艺术

4. 年龄：18 以上

5. 当选中十一强，比赛最后一轮有所不同的拉花争夺冠军之位。

1. Each event ticket is entitled for ONE attendee. Duplicate entries will not be entertained.

2. Ticket purchased cannot be transferred and strictly not refundable. 

3. Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the information without notification. 

4. Kindly present the printed ticket or online e-ticket QR code for verification purpose upon registration on the event day.  

Rules & Regulations

2. Serve the Latte Art within 3 Mins to the judges or will be disqualified after the time given. ( No restrictions on how many cups of art to do within the time limit but serve only one to the judges)

3. Grading system will be done by judges according to the following:

Symmetry
Difficulty
Creativity
Foam Quality
Overall Appearance of the art.

4. Rules would be different during the Final round of the competition.

Terms & Conditions  

1.            The Organizer has the right to amend the advertised programme, venue, seating arrangements and audience capacity at any time without prior notice to participants.

2.            The Organizer, under no circumstances, will accept responsibility for any injury, illness or loss of items whilst travelling to the event, during the event, or return travel from the event. Any and all required insurance covers shall be the responsibility of each attendee/guest. 

3.            NO REFUND for cancellation but, you may transfer your registration to another person. Delegates must inform the organizer in writing for replacement at least 1 week before the event. 

4.            The Organizer, reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to replace the prizes with items of similar value in the event that the published prizes become unavailable.   All the prizes worth the value stated is only redeemable by the winner him/herself only. Prizes won is non-transferable to anyone else including the parents. 

5.            In the event, for any reason whatsoever, the participants are unable to be contacted, the Prizes will be forfeited. The Organiser will neither reimburse or compensation nor give any extension of time to the winner.

6.            In the event, the prizes for the winners are to comply with the Terms & Conditions set by each prize sponsors.
