Rules and Regulations 

  1. Wearing of official bib during the event is compulsory.
  2. Running bib should be worn on the outside in front of clothing at all times. 
  3. Strictly no exchange of race bib numbers is allowed and participants who are found to have done so will be disqualified immediately. 
  4. No refunds will be entertained once full payment is received. 
  5. Confirmed registrations are not transferable to other persons. 
  6. Registered runners are not allowed to change their categories once the registration is confirmed 
  7. The organiser shall not be held liable for any loss and/or damage, whether personal or otherwise. 
  8. Runners must follow the route at all times and are not allowed to divert to take short-cuts. Participants who do not follow this will be disqualified.
  9. Officials have the right to disqualify runners at any point along the route for not following the rules. 
  10. Medical assistance: organisers will do their best to arrange medical personnel along the route. However, participants are requested to take care of their own safety before, during and after the event. 
  11. Runners found running in a bib other than their own will be disqualified and will not be entitled to any prizes. 
  12. All participants will be given a Charity Food Fair coupon for light refreshments. 
  13. Organisers are not responsible for any injuries, losses, damages, death and other unforeseen occurrences before, during and after the event. Organisers reserve the right to amend and/or make changes to the event rules, terms and conditions, races routes and/or other arrangements as they may deem fit/appropriate, to cancel, to postpone or to reschedule the event date to a later date for the safety of the participants and/or to prevent any unforeseen hazards in the running of the race, at any time without prior notice to the participants. In such cases, every effort will be made to inform the participants prior to the date of the race. The organisers shall not be held liable for any loss or inconvenience caused due to such changes. 
  14. All decisions made by the organisers are final, and no disputes shall be entertained. 
  15. Park your vehicle at your own risk, organisers have no responsibility for loss or damage to the vehicle(s) and/or other property. 
  16. All runners must be at the starting line at 6.30AM, with flag-off time at 7.00AM. Cut off time: 2 hours.
