EVENT INFORMATION

In conjunction with the World Pharmacists Day, Bahagian Perkhidmatan Farmasi, Jabatan Kesihatan Negeri Sabah, in collaboration with the Sabah Pharmaceutical Society will be organizing a 5 Kilometre Plogging event on 28 September 2019 (Saturday morning) at Taman Awam Teluk Likas.

Lets celebrate World Pharmacists Day 2019. Plogging aims to promote a healthy lifestyle through regular exercise while the Plogging’s theme “Pharmacists Nurturing Nature” carries the message of the importance of exercise and giving back to nature by cleaning up the beach. This will also be a charity event to clean up the beach while aiding the stateless children through “Rainbow of Hope” project.

Runners will get a T-shirt and a Finisher's medal specially Hand-Crafted by Rainbow of Hope and Upcycled Shack.

• All race kits that are not collected during the specified collection date and on event day will be regarded as unwanted and the Organiser shall be allowed to dispose or redistribute them accordingly.

*The registration for participant below the age of 18 years (‘Minor Participants’) shall be submitted by their parent/guardian on behalf of the Minor Participant. 

*All participants must not carry or wear any objects that are sharp, explosive or that may cause any harm to the items displayed in the Event area. The organizer has the right to refuse admission if the participants is unwilling to remove such objects before running on the event day. 

*All Participants must ensure the care of their personal belongings and the public properties or amenities in the vicinity of the event's location.
