Registrations T&C  & Kit collections info : 

- All participation must show their id upon race kit collections for verification. Failure to do so will result disqualification without refunds. 

- No kit collections on event day

- Kids participation age 4 – 12  years old at all time the events shall be accompanied by their guardian/parents. All guardian/parents are required to purchase a ticket to participates with their kids.  

1. The Organizer reserves the right to close entries before the deadline without any notice once the race quota is full.
2. There will be no cut off time during the run / No time taken will be count. Enjoy your run and have fun! Winners prize are open to all categories. winners will get the prize as stated. The decision is final.
3. Participant will be entitled to a medal as long they have bib number pinned on their shirt and completed 5km run. Participants are required to wear the shirt that provided by the Organizer throughout the events.
4. Should the event be cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of the Organizer (including heavy rain, thunder storm or disaster, public rally). In such situations, there will be no refunds of entry fees. Each participant must accept any such risk of their entry fee. Monies collected have already been used to develop and produce the event. We promise to make every effort to produce a fair, safe and exciting event. Any decision made to go forth with the event is contingent on the overall event shall have no further responsibility and/or liability thereafter.
5. All Participants must be medically fit for the purpose of participating in Boba Tea 5km Fun Run 2020. Each runner shall be responsible with his/her own health/condition. The Organizer shall not be responsible for personal injury or death during or after the race due to gross negligence of the Organizer.
6. The organizer and its agents will not be responsible for any issues relating to parking at the venue.  Participants are advised to follow the instructions given for proper parking.  The organizer and its agent will not be responsible due to losses suffered in the event of “break ins” or vandalism to the vehicles of participants.  Proper vigilance must be exercised by all participants when parking their vehicles. All Participants must ensure the care of their personal belongings.
7. Kids participation during the event shall be accompanied by their guardian/parents at all time. All guardian/parents are required to purchase a ticket to participate with their kids.  Any accompanying parent or guardian without a purchased ticket would not be allowed to participate in the event.
8. All participant must show their ID/QR Code upon race kit collections for verification. Failure to do so will result in disqualification without refunds. 
9. Late collection will not be entertained, and we are not be liable for any other loss or inconvenience caused, due to Participants' inability to collect their running kits. For avoidance of doubt, we are not obligate to extend the collection period or to ensure that a participant receives his or her running kit.
