EVENT RULES & REGULATION
GENERAL
1. The organiser have the rights to make any changes to the event rules and regulations, requirements, route or other arrangements as deem appropriate.
2. All participants are to obey the instructions of race marshals and security at all times.
3. Damaging the facilities and disturbing the surroundings is strictly prohibited.
4. Breaking of rules may incur time penalty or DQ.
BRING YOUR OWN BOTTLE (BYOB)
Please bring your own bottle/cup and drop it at Water Station (WS) Counter during Race Pack Collection. If you need your bottles/cup at all WS, please bring 3 of them. Mark your bottle/cup with your race bib number.
WATER STATIONS
There will be two Water Stations at the event, one at 2.6KM and 4.3KM aside from the race village.
MANDATORY ITEMS
Headlamp (from 7 pm until 7 am)
Blinker (from 7 pm until 7 am)
Reflective Vest (at all time during race)
RECOMMENDED ITEMS
Emergency Blanket / Rain Coat
Hydration bag or belt
Headwear or cap
Sports gel or bar
REFUND & CANCELLATION
There will be NO REFUND upon cancellation of event by runner.
There will be NO REFUND upon cancellation of event due to weather, natural disasters or by law.
In case of heavy thunderstorm etc, The Race Director has the right to cancel or postpone the event.
DISQUALIFIED (DQ)
You will be disqualified if we found you cheating by taking shortcuts use any sort of vehicle for assistance, using other runner’s race bib number or commit any act harmful to other runners and event officials. Your race bib will be marked and you are not eligible for finisher items.
DID NOT FINISH (DNF)
You will be considered as did not finish the race if you are unable to complete at least 5 loops within the event cut-off time. If you decided to quit during the race, kindly report to the officials available near you and follow further instructions. You may return to the finish line by yourself or in case of injuries, wait for medical assistant. Your race bib will be marked and you are not eligible for finisher items.
FINISHER
Minimum requirements:
12 H | 5 loops |
6 H | 3 loops |
RELAY | 5 loops |
FACILITIES
There will be toilets at the event venue and KM4.3. Camp-zone will be available for runners & personal crews to stay. Runners need to bring their own tent as there will be no tent provided. Camp-zone area time is 6 pm, 18 January until 10 am, 19 January 2020. Please make sure that there is NO damage done at the event facilities.
PARKING
No vehicles to be parked at main road. Please park your vehicle at parking space in the KEM and/or as instructed by the race marshals.
SAFETY AND INSURANCE
Runners are required to run inside cone marking on the main road at all times.
There will be medical personnel on standby at the race site.
Ambulance service is on standby as well for emergency cases.
Participants are responsible to ensure that they are fit and healthy before starting the race.
Please consult your doctor if there is any doubt.
Participants are to accept the risk associated with the event as per indemnity clause stated in the registration form.
The Organiser, and all its partners and sponsors will not be held responsible for any claim resulted from this event.
It is recommended that you have personal accident insurance or health insurance.
