Objective

To provide new sets of pyjamas and storybooks to underprivileged children in support of their rights to a loving bedtime and a better tomorrow.

Category & Fee

*Subject to 6% online registration admin fee.

Group Registration

Any combination of adults and children adding up to 5 persons and above are entitled to a discount of RM5.00 per person.

Eligibility : 

• Participation in Project Pyjamas Fun walk 2020 is open to anyone aged 7 years and above. Age qualification will be taken as of 31st December 2020.  
• Parents/Guardians are allowed to bring along children below the age of 7. They will be fully responsible for their children’s safety prior to, during and following the Project Pyjamas Fun Walk 2020. 

No registration is required for children below the age of 7. The Organiser will not be held responsible for any unregistered participants.

Registration

Online registration and payment are to be made only at www.ticket2u.com.my. 

Registration is valid upon full payment received.

Note: 

No refund will be made for incorrect or duplicate registrations.

Postal entries will not be accepted.

Acceptance of participation will be determined by the Organiser and the decision will be final.  

The Organiser reserves the right to refuse any participation without having to disclose any reason(s).

Registration Closing Date

8th March 2020 or the date at which the maximum of 2000 participants is reached, whichever comes first.

Participant Entitlement

All registered participants will receive a fun pack, consisting of a neck rest, a number bib and safety pins.

Race Kit Collection

No Fun pack will be distributed on the event day.

Unless special arrangements have been made with the Organiser, all fun packs not collected by the stipulated collection date will be deemed as unwanted and the Organiser shall be at liberty to dispose of or re-distribute them accordingly. 

Medal Design

Finisher Medal:

Finisher Medals will be awarded to all registered participants at the finish line until 9.30am.

No claims will be entertained thereafter.

Refreshments:

Drink Station.

There will be one drink station along the route for this 5 km fun walk. Water will be served in paper cups.

Post-run refreshment.

Upon completion of the walk, each participant will receive a banana and a bottle of water at the finish area. 

No claims will be entertained thereafter.

Disclaimer:

Whilst every reasonable precaution will be taken by the Organiser to ensure all participants’ safety, participants are strongly encouraged to undergo a medical examination and/or consult their medical practitioner prior to registration and the event day.

The Organiser reserves the right to delay the commencement of the fun walk in the event of heavy rain, thunder storm or other extreme weather conditions. Should the adverse weather conditions persist after the delay or a catastrophic/natural disaster take place, the Organiser reserves the right to postpone or cancel the walk without any refund. In this case, the organiser shall not be held responsible for any claims of any kind made by any individuals or parties concerned.

The Organiser reserves the right to use any photograph (including those of participants), motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records of the event taken before, during and after the Pyjamas Fun Walk 2020, for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising and distribution to sponsors.

Participant Waiver/Indemnity

In consideration of the acceptance of my entry, I, for myself and my children, heirs, executors and administrator, release and discharge the Organiser, their partners, sponsors, their appointed staff of all liabilities, claims, actions, damage, costs or expenses which I may have against them, arising out of my participation in this event, including travel to and from this event and all injuries and lost of personal belongings that may be suffered by me before, during and after the event. This is to certify that I, as name registered have read and understood the rules pertaining to my participation in the PROJECT PYJAMAS FUN WALK 2020.

Penyertaan Peserta / Indemniti

Sebagai pertimbangan penerimaan saya, saya bagi pihak saya sendiri dan anak-anak saya, pihak pewaris, wasi & pentadbir harta pusaka saya melepaskan semua liabiliti, tuntutan, tindakan, kerosakan, kos atau perbelanjaan yang saya mungkin akan ambil terhadap Penganjur, rakan kongsi, penaja dan kakitangan yang dilantik, yang tertimbul daripada penyertaan saya dalam acara ini, termasuk perjalanan ke dan dari acara ini dan semua kecederaan serta kehilangan barangan peribadi yang mungkin saya alami sebelum, semasa dan selepas acara tersebut. Ini adalah untuk mengesahkan bahawa saya, sebagai nama peserta telah membaca dan memahami peraturan-peraturan yang berkaitan dengan penyertaan saya di PROJECT PYJAMAS FUN WALK 2020.

By signing this registration form, you consent to the use and/or processing of the personal data stated in this form by us, Nordic Walking UK Malaysia (“NWUKMsia”) in accordance with the Privacy and Personal Data Protection Act 2010, and  agree to be bound by the same.
