Runners's Guide & Important date

• Multiple results can be combined

• Every step on Walk, Run, Jogging, Climbing, Treadmill are acceptable

• This is a Virtual Race, you can join and run at anytime and anywhere in the world. All you need is a GPS-tracking Running/Walking App. All the Categories Distances can be accumulated by walking, running, jogging, hiking, by using treadmill. You may combine your distance with other events as well, sign up and start workout within race period you will be awarded with Unique Medal or /and Finisher T-Shirts.

• Virtual Race is about yourself discipline and sincerity, so treat yourself, don't cheat yourself

FAQ

1.  How to record your race?

Start Running, Walking, jogging, climbing or Hiking by using any Run App/Treadmill, to record the distance of your activities, then screenshot the result. Make sure that the record includes the Date, Distance (KM), Time and Pace of your movement. If you run on the treadmill, you may leave out the date. Suggest Apps: [Run Tracker], [Runkeeper], [Runtastic] or your own preference (Speedometer is not allowed) the Treadmill record is allowed, just use your hand phone to snap the result show on the screen.

2.  Completion and how to upload your result?

2.1  No. Of Completion: One time/Multiple times (Accumulated distance is allowed)

2.2 Once you had completed the entire distance, upload the screenshot of your result and submit your proof of records on ticket2u.com.my OR you may upload it on Oh My Run Asia Facebook Page.

**Please note that our Race kit delivery period is as below:

• Malaysia : Seven to Fifteen (7-15) working days after Run's Result Upload Period Ended.

• Other Countries/Regions: Thirty to Sixty (30-60) working days after Run's Result Upload Period Ended.

• Delivery time may vary depending on the location and circumstance.

• Weekends and public holidays are exempt from the shipping period.

• Expect delays due to unexpected weather, incorrect postal code/address, manufacture technical issues and etc.

E-Certificate

1. My First Virtual Run in 2020 are open to all Malaysians and International.

2. Ticket purchased cannot be transferred and strictly not refundable. 

3. Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the information and the reward without notification. 

4. Screenshot/photo of running apps, treadmill or GPS running watch can be used as proof of running. The screenshot/photo must contain the distance, date and time. 

5. The distance can be achieved in one run or multiple runs. Combined runs are accepted.  

6. Any late submission after the said date would not be entertained. Hence, the entitlements are deemed to be forfeited.

7. "No completion, no finisher entitlement" policy. The race is based on honest system the organizer will do periodic checks on the submissions. Account may be suspended if fraudulent results are found.

8. Return/Exchange of entitlements can be arranged under the following reasons:

   •If the entitlements delivered are in damaged condition; or

   • If the entitlements delivered to the wrong participant

9. Participants will have to bear the additional cost on re-delivery of entitlements.

10. The Organizer reserves the right to modify or substitute any of the event’s rules and regulations from time to time as they deem fit. If there is ambiguity in any of the provisions, the Organizer shall be the authority to interpret and in so doing, the Organizer will take into account the interests of all the affected participants.

11. The Organizer reserves the right to use any photographs (including those of participants), motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records of the event, for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising.

12. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Rules & Regulations without giving prior notification or any reasons thereof

Promo Code Rules and Regulations

1. Promo code are only applicable for runners who are only received promo code via email / thru DM from Oh My Run Asia organizers.
2. Promo code cannot be sharing with other runners who does not  get promo code via email/ DM from Oh My Run Asia organizers.
3. The promotional code does not apply to gift voucher purchases.
4. The promotional code is not transferable, cannot be refund with any terms of cash and cannot be resold to other runners
5. Strictly no extension of the expiry date from the date of issue will be allowed
6. This promo code are only applicable for the next two (2) virtual run after Hello Friends Virtual Run 2019
7. This promo code are also valid to all of any categories in any two (2) events after Hello Friends Virtual Run 2019.

If any participants violate any of the Terms and Conditions, the promotion will be invalid thus the promotional code discount will not applied or Oh My Run Asia reserves to cancel the promotional code..
