Dear friends of G2G Animal Garden

As we know, our petting zoo G2G Animal Garden is closed during this Movement Control Order (MCO) throughout March until April, with possibility to be extended beyond the scheduled date. The management is doing our best to maintain the well being of our friends, the pet animals, in our care.

We need your kind to help us maintain the well being our friends in the zoo.

Important Notice: Adopt the animals by helping them provide food and medical care without bring them back home. The RM10.00 adoption package is entitle for the e-certificate only. Each adoption package amount CANNOT be  accumulated to redeem for Animal Garden voucher (s) There is NO LHDN Tax Exemption or Incentive for this donation /adoption Package. Redemption for Ticket2u e-ticket Voucher(s) at G2G ANIMAL GARDEN Ticketing Counter is Valid for 6 months from Order Date  More T&C kindly refer at the button of this page.

How to download E-certificate

1. Open any Web Browser (Mobile Friendly)
2. Key in event URL. Example: https://www.ticket2u.com.my/event/18452 
3. Click on <E-Certificate> button on top of event page
   
4. Enter E-ticket Number under the QR Code
   
5. "Right click" to download your e-certificate

Terms and Conditions

▪All Adoption Package amount CANNOT be accumulated to redeem other rewards.

▪There is no LHDN Tax Exemption or Incentive for this donation /adoption Package

▪Adoption package does not entitle donors to take the animal home!

▪Upon successful registration, you will receive an attached Ticket2U e-ticket via registered email address. If you did not receive Ticket2U e-ticket, please check your spam/junk box.

▪Kindly download and present printed hard copy Ticket2U e-ticket at the G2G ANIMAL GARDEN Ticketing Counter upon arrival to claim Animal Garden Voucher [wrist band(s)] and or complementary pack, if eligible. We Do NOT ACCEPT SOFTCOPY.

▪︎The RM10.00 package is entitle for the e-certificate only. The amount cannot be  accumulated to redeem for Animal Garden voucher (s).
▪︎For RM30/RM50/RM100/RM200/RM500 Adoption package redemption for Ticket2u e-ticket Voucher(s) at G2G ANIMAL GARDEN Ticketing Counter is Valid for 6 months base on order date.

▪︎Printed Ticket2u e-ticket may not be transferred to other individual, e-tickets owner or representative must present MyKad/valid passport for validation during redemption at G2G Animal GardenTicketing Counter.

Self-Collection
To collect your Admission ticket, you need to bring along a printed copy of your e-Ticket together with your MyKad/valid passport.

Collection on Behalf
You may appoint a representative to collect your Animal Garden adoption reward (admission ticket, notepad, etc.) on your behalf. The representative must present the following:
·       Printed/Softcopy of Donor's e-Ticket, and
·       Printed/Softcopy of Donor's MyKad/valid passport.
