Event Description

Panda Virtual Run is organized by Nilai Crystal & Souvenirs Sdn Bhd. The virtual run is open to all residents who has valid address in Malaysia.

Run Details : 

Registration Date : 23 May - 22 June 2020  

Running Date : 23 May - 22 June 2020  

Result Submission : by 23 June 2020 ( 12pm ) 

Running Distance :  5 KM

-You can track your distance by using the following methods: 

1. Running outdoor with GPS (track by KM) 

2. Running indoor with treadmill (track by KM) 

3. Steps counters ( 1 KM = 1500 steps & 5 KM = 7500 steps ) 

Category & Fees : 

a) West Malaysia

* Price inclusive of RM10 delivery charges for West Malaysia.

a) East Malaysia

* Price inclusive of RM15 delivery charges for East Malaysia.

Finisher Grand Prize

Top 3 Fastest Finisher will be rewarded a mystery trophy from the organizer.

* Submission without time tracker or proof of time will not entitled for the battle of grand prize.

Medal

Material : Wooden Medal with Display Hanger

Name of participants can be printed on the Medal with maximum of 8 characters.

Finisher T-Shirt

* All T-Shirts measurement are subjected to 1-2cm tolerance.

1.Panda Virtual Run is organized by Nilai Crystal & Souvenirs Sdn Bhd. The virtual run is open to all residents who have a valid address in Malaysia. 


2.There will be strictly no refund available to Participants who do not eventually take part in the Virtual Run, for any reason.
 

3.Participants are strictly not allowed to transfer their Event entry to another party. The finisher’s entitlement will be delivered to the mailing address provided in the registration form. If Participants would like to send it to a different mailing address besides their own, please enter his/her address during registration. 
 

4.In case Participants would like to make an address change once registration has been confirmed, there will be additional charges incurred. 

5.The Finisher's T-shirt size is strictly based on the size selected by the participant during registration, any request for size change will not be entertained.


6.All T-shirts measurement are subject to 1-2 cm tolerance. 


7.If there is a return of parcel during the delivery of the finisher’s entitlement due to whatever reason. Upon request, the Organizer will arrange to resend the parcel but the delivery charges will be borne by participants. 
 

8.Any notice sent to the email address registered with the Organizer shall be deemed as received by the Participant.
 

9.If the Participant provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, or if the Organizer has ground to believe that such information is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, the Organizer may at any time suspend, revoke, cancel or terminate the Participant's registration for the Event or entitlement and fees will not be refunded. 

10.The Organizer will not entertain nor be in any way responsible for any disputes arising from incomplete or inaccurate entry details in the registration form. 

11.Submission of the result must be submitted anytime before 23 June 2020 (12pm). If participants are unable to submit the result before the deadline, they will be considered as disqualified and will not be entitled to any rewards. Therefore, there will be NO delivery of any medal or T-shirt. 

12.The finisher entitlement will be delivered to the shipping address provided during registration within 7 working days after the event has ended. 

13.The Organizer has the rights to amend the Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion without any prior notice.
