Safety and well-being of our participants has been our utmost priorities at all time We have decided to revamp the running format into any form of home exercise! let it be planking, static running, treadmill run, sit ups, calisthenics, pushups, staircase run, lunges, burpees, rope skipping, bars, YOU NAME IT! Just upload your selfie of you doing any of the activities at www.ticket2u.com.my/event/21627  on <Upload Virtual Run Result> your submissions portal within 24th of October 2020 until 31st of October 2020, key in any number in distance(KM) and you're good to go! you're now entitled for your entitlements (Finisher T-Shirt, Patch medal, E-Cert and etc) For those who wish to register, registration is still open throughout October, fee starts from RM42 per person. How to upload Virtual Run Result

Step 1: Go to https://www.ticket2u.com.my/event/21627 

Step 2: click on <Upload Virtual Run Results>

Step 3: Key in your <Ticket Number>.
NOTE: The ticket number is in your e-ticket under QR Code. Refer to image below.

Step 4:  Upload your screenshot of your running proved, insert your distance then submit. If you have completed your distance, system will show 100% and hooray!

NOTE: Run Result upload sequence must follow date & time. For group runner, your running date can be same date, please select different time follow by sequence. Refer to image below as your reference.

How to download e-cert

Step 1: COMPLETE 100% YOUR CHALLENGE(Run/Exercise). Go to https://www.ticket2u.com.my/event/21627
NOTE: Incomplete challenge you are not entitled for download the e-certificate.

Step 2: Click on <E certificate> and key in your "Ticket Number".

Term & Condition

1. World’s Space Week Space Ultramarathon 2020 (SPATRA2020) is organized by SpaceVIO with a collaboration with Planetarium Negara Kuala Lumpur and supported by Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MOSTI)
2. This virtual ultramarathon event is being held in conjunction of Minggu Sains Negara 2020 and World’s Space Week 2020
3. There are four (4) main categories thats being offered. Solo, Trio, Relay and Team Challenge in which, each individual could register one or more category, should you be interested to earn multiple t-shirts and medals
4. Distance recorded throughout the period of running could be used interchangeably in between of categories that has been registered. As an example: a total distance of 120km ran by runner A could be used for Team Challenge category and also another category the runner has registered themselves in.
5. All running progress should be posted to runner’s portal throughout the challenge period until 11.59PM, 2nd of November 2020 (up to 48hr after COT). Screenshotted activity must include the details of:

• Run Date
• Run Time
• Run Distance
• Run Pace
• Run Map (if outdoor)

6. All participants are to ensure that all information submitted by them for the purpose of registration are complete and accurate.
7. The confirmation of participation is ONLY VALID when payment of the registration fees is successfully made in Ticket2U.com.my.
8. By confirmation of payment, the participants agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Organiser.
9. All entries are NOT TRANSFERABLE, REFUNDABLE NOR DEFERRABLE.
10. Upon confirmation of participation, change to the category or other details will not be entertained.
11. The Organiser reserves the right to limit, accept or reject any entries without prior notice and reasons.
12. The Organiser reserves the right to close entries before deadline without any notice or when a quota of a race / start is full.
13. Finisher medals and t-shirts will be delivered to participants in 4 weeks after campaign end via courier.
14. Delivery of entitlements will be mailed directly to the registered mailing address provided by the participant during registration. Please provide an accurate mailing address. Any additional cost incurred due to the return of parcel from POS or failure to deliver are to be borne by the participant.
15. In case Participants would like to make an address change once registration has been confirmed, there will be additional charges incurred.
16. The T-shirt size is strictly based on the size selected by the participant during registration, any request for size change will not be entertained.
17. If there is a return of parcel during the delivery of the finisher’s entitlement due to whatever reason. Upon request, the Organiser will arrange to resend the parcel but the delivery charges will be borne by participants.
18. Any notice sent to the email address registered with the Organiser shall be deemed as received by the Participant.
19. If the Participant provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, or if the Organiser has ground to believe that such information is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, the Organiser may at any time suspend, revoke, cancel or terminate the Participant's registration for the Event or entitlement and fees will not be refunded.
20. The Organiser will not entertain nor be in any way responsible for any disputes arising from incomplete or inaccurate entry details in the registration form.
21. It is advisable for the participants to use any free/paid running tracker app in Apple App Store/Google Play Store. Run could be held indoor, on road, track, and trail of your choice. Usage of any form of vehicle are strictly prohibited if you’re not a certified handicapped runner in which, you’re more than welcome to participate in.

24. “RUN WITH” feature on Strava app is stictly prohibited to be used throughout this challenge
25. Should the participants didn’t complete the running distance, they were not entitled for finisher Tshirt and Patch Medal
26. If participants are unable to submit the result before the deadline, they will be considered as disqualified and will not be entitled to any rewards.
27. For Team Challenge category, only team with a minimum number of participation of 40 were entitled for Team Plaque, Team Flag, and Team Name printed at the back of the shirt.
28. For Team Challenge category, a participant will only entitled for Tshirt and Patch Medal when they have clocked in a minimum running distance of 5km.
29. The Registered Parties affirm that they have read, understood and fully agreed to the terms and waiver, and they will give up substantial rights, including the rights to sue and to release all liability to the greatest extend allowed by law.
