Eligibility:

• Child ticket: Age 12 months & 1 day -12 years old
• Parents/guardian above 18 years old are allowed to enter and stay in the park for free. (1 Adult per Child)
• Children aged 12 months and below can enter free of charge 

T&C:

• Last admission: 1 hour before closing time
• This ticket is proof of purchase of kidzooona and must be presented at the time of admission.
• This ticket is non-transferable and only one ticket is valid per ticket purchased.
• No outside foods & beverages.
• All prices quoted are in Ringgit Malaysian (RM). All published prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Upon completion of your ticket purchase online, an e-mail notification and your E-Ticket will be sent to your e-mail address provided during the ticket purchase transaction.
• We recommend you to use a personal e-mail address for your ticket purchase. If you used your work e-mail for the transaction and have not received the e-mail notification, do check your Spam folder. It is possible that your employer has marked this as Spam. However, if you have not received any e-mail notification or your E-Ticket, do contact us at [email protected] for further assistance.
• No cancellation or refund can be made once confirmed.
• Not valid with on-going promotions or discounts.
• My kids or passport must be presented at the ticket counter for child below 1 year for FREE admission entitlement.
• You may show your E-Ticket through mobile (Barcode must be scannable) or print out with a clear Barcode at the ticketing counter to redeem your entry ticket.
• Re-entry to the venue is permitted. Show your ticket/wristband/stamp upon re-entry at the entrance
• Children must be accompanied by an adult above 18 years old at all times
• You are required to wear socks in the playground at all times. You can purchase them directedly at the park (MYR4 per adult and MYR3 per child)
• Visiting Hours are subject to change without prior notice
• Management has the right to amend the Terms & Condition without prior notice.
• This ticket purchased is not inclusive of parafait card (RM2). Customer require to purchase parafait card at the cashier counter to enter the park. This parafait card (RM2) is refundable at the Cashier Counter. 1 Parafait card per family.
• Customers are compulsory to wear face mask before enter to kidzooona.
• Customers with symptom of COVID-19 are prohibited to enter the kidzooona
• Customers are strictly to comply the SOP set by AEON Fantasy Malaysia in a measure to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
