I, the undersigned participant of the above event/workshop and/or any activity, on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, hereby KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, and assume full responsibility for my participation. I hereby RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS the organiser, its officials, Instructors, other participants and, owners of the premises from any and all claims, demands, losses, and liability arising out of or related to any INJURY, DISABILITY OR DEATH I may suffer, or loss or damage to person or property in connection with and/or arising out of my participation in this event WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law. I also consent to the use by the organiser, its officials & Instructors of any photographs, video recording of me for publicity, promotion, advertising or other legitimate purposes.
