• 1 voucher can only be used for 1 product photo shooting.
• Each customer is limited to 3 vouchers.
• No food and beverage products.
• No soft material packaging products.
• No powder, liquid, flammable or illegal products.
• Product size for shooting: maximum 43cmW*43cmL*43cmH and below 10kg.
• Customer must post products to Mins Studio within 30 days after purchase. If products do not arrive at Mins Studio within 30 days, payment will be forfeited.
• Product delivery fees will bear by buyer.
• Photos with 200dpi resolution will be delivered within 7 working days after receiving the product via postage.  
• The package excludes any revise/extra photos request by the customer.
• Maximum 3 units of the same type of product per photo which within the size of 43cmW*43cmL*43cmH and below 10kg.
• Mins Studio is not responsible for any product defect, damage or loss throughout the process.
• Customer will receive email content of E-form link, please contact 0193811336 or email to [email protected] if didn't receive any instruction through email.
• Customer needs to decide whether the product needs to return back to the customer when filling up E-form.  
  
• Fully refundable if customer dissatisfied, the request need to be launch within 2 days after photo delivery.
• Dissatisfied refund process will be complete within 14 working days.
• Customer is not allowed to use any photos provided after dissatisfied refund request
• All photos copyright belong to Mins Studio.
