Pantai Hospital Sungai Petani is making a conscious effort to help raise funds for many of Malaysia’s eye problem, so we can focus on what we do best via Charity-i-Run.

Our initiative is a community effort and cannot be successful without the support of runners. Through this, the Charity-i-Run is taking a step forward to become a true community event and helping the less fortunate in eye sight across all ages and ethnicities. The fund collected from this charity run will be given to underprivileged people that need spectacles. Your support to these initiatives will help them overcome their challenges and improve their lives. As we know many children nowadays being exposed to gadget and handphone too early and potential having eyesight problems.

Run Details : 

Registration Period: 1 December - 10 January 2021

Running Period: 5^th December – 25^th January 2021  

Result Submission Deadline: by 26th January 2021 (5.00pm) 

Distance: 5 km

1. Charity-i-Run is organized by Pantai Hospital Sungai Petani (a subsidiary company of Pantai Medical Centre Sdn Bhd). The virtual run is open to all residents who have a valid address in Malaysia. 
2. There will be strictly no refund available to participants who do not eventually take part in the virtual run, for any reason.
3. All entries are eligible for Lucky Draw. 
4. Participants are strictly not allowed to transfer their event entry to another party. The finisher’s entitlement will be delivered to the mailing address provided in the registration form. If participants would like to send it to a different mailing address besides their own, please enter his/her address during registration. 
5. In case participants would like to make an address change once registration has been confirmed, there will be additional charges incurred. 
6. The Finisher's T-shirt size is strictly based on the size selected by the participant during registration, any request for size change will not be entertained. It’s is an adult T-shirt.
7. If there is a return of parcel during the delivery of the finisher’s entitlement due to whatever reason. Upon request, the Organizer will arrange to resend the parcel but the delivery charges will be borne by participants. 
8. Any notice sent to the email address registered with the Organizer shall be deemed as received by the participant.
9. If the participant provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, or if the Organizer has ground to believe that such information is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, the organizer may at any time suspend, revoke, cancel or terminate the Participant's registration for the Event or entitlement and fees will not be refunded. 
10. The organizer will not entertain nor be in any way responsible for any disputes arising from incomplete or inaccurate entry details in the registration form. 
11. Submission of the result must be submitted any time before 26^th January 2021 (5pm). 
12. The finisher entitlement will be delivered to the shipping address provided during the registration batch by batch, starts from 1st February 2021 onwards.
13. The Organizer has the rights to amend the Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion without any prior notice.
