Special Tactical Force Virtual Run is organized by Go Go Event (a subsidiary company of Nilai Crystal & Souvenirs Sdn Bhd). The virtual run is open to all residents who have valid address in Malaysia.

Run Details : 

Registration Period : 09 December 2020 - 09 January 2021  

Running Period : 09 December 2020 - 09 January 2021  

Result Submission Deadline : by 10 January 2021 (5pm) 

Running Distance : 1km, 5km, 10km and 21km

Run Methods : 

You can track your distance by using the following methods: 

1. Running outdoor with GPS (track by KM) 

2. Running indoor on treadmill (track by KM) 

3. Steps counters (1KM = 1500 steps, 5KM = 7500steps, 10KM = 15,000 steps, 21KM = 31,500 steps)

*The result can be accumulated by multiple runs/steps, which must be completed within running period.

Result Submission

Run result must be submitted anytime before 10 January 2021 (5pm).

Finisher Entitlement

1. 1km Challenge : Runner T-shirt + E-Certificate (No Medal)
2. 5km Finisher : Exclusive Acrylic Medal + 5km Finisher T-shirt + E-Certificate
3. 10km Finisher : Exclusive Acrylic Medal + 10km Finisher T-shirt + E-Certificate
4. 21km Finisher : Exclusive Acrylic Medal + 21km Finisher T-shirt + Runner T-shirt + E-Certificate

Name of participants can be printed FREE on the Medal with maximum of 30 characters.

*Delivery of entitlement will start from 31 January 2021 onwards, batch by batch.

Top 3 Fastest Finisher from each category (EXCEPT 1km) will be awarded a crystal souvenir. 

*Submission without proof of time or time tracker will not entitle for the battle of the crystal souvenir.

1. Special Tactical Force Virtual Run is organized by Go Go Event (a subsidiary company of Nilai Crystal & Souvenirs Sdn Bhd). The virtual run is open to all residents who have a valid address in Malaysia. 
2. There will be strictly no refund available to Participants who do not eventually take part in the Virtual Run, for any reason.
3. Participants are strictly not allowed to transfer their Event entry to another party. The finisher’s entitlement will be delivered to the mailing address provided in the registration form. If Participants would like to send it to a different mailing address besides their own, please enter his/her address during registration. 
4. In case Participants would like to make an address change once registration has been confirmed, there will be additional charges incurred. 
5. The Finisher's T-shirt size is strictly based on the size selected by the participant during registration, any request for size change will not be entertained.
6. All T-shirts measurement are subject to 0.5” tolerance. 
7. If there is a return of parcel during the delivery of the finisher’s entitlement due to whatever reason. Upon request, the Organizer will arrange to resend the parcel but the delivery charges will be borne by participants. 
8. Any notice sent to the email address registered with the Organizer shall be deemed as received by the Participant.
9. If the Participant provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, or if the Organizer has ground to believe that such information is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, the Organizer may at any time suspend, revoke, cancel or terminate the Participant's registration for the Event or entitlement and fees will not be refunded. 
10. The Organizer will not entertain nor be in any way responsible for any disputes arising from incomplete or inaccurate entry details in the registration form. 
11. Submission of the result must be submitted anytime before 10 January 2021 (5pm). If participants are unable to submit the result before the deadline, they will be considered as disqualified and will not be entitled to any rewards. Therefore, there will be NO delivery of any medal or T-shirt. 
12. The finisher entitlement will be delivered to the shipping address provided during the registration batch by batch, starts from 31 January 2021 onwards.
13. The Organizer has the rights to amend the Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion without any prior notice.
