Love.Run爱。奔跑 2021 is organized by JCI Kuala Lumpur Mandarin (Junior Chamber International Kuala Lumpur Mandarin). The virtual run is open to all residents who have valid address in Malaysia.

Objective 

This virtual run is to fundraising to Breast Cancers Welfare Association Malaysia.

i) Improving the quality of life for women with breast cancer using the Reach to Recovery concept of psychosocial and material support.

ii) Reducing the risk of premature mortality by providing public education, early detection of breast cancer and navigation of women for further investigations and timely medical treatment.

Run Details : 

Registration Period : 1^st February 2021 – 28^thFebruary 2021

Running Period : 1^st  March 2021 – 14^th March 2021

Result Submission Deadline : by 15^th March 2021 (6pm) 

Running Distance : Min 21km

Love.Run Charity Virtual Run 2021 will take place anywhere deemed safe by participants to complete your registered category of 21km. Please follow your district or state S.O.P when performing exercises.

Participants may choose to run, walk or jog to perform your attempts. Cycling or using any other methods apart from run, walk or jog will not be counted into total calculation of the final mileage.

Run Methods : 

You can track your distance by using the following methods: 

1. Running outdoor with GPS (track by KM) 

2. Running indoor on treadmill (track by KM) 

3. Steps counters (21KM = 31,500 steps)

*The result can be accumulated by multiple runs/steps, which must be completed within running period.

Finisher T-Shirt

Material : Microfiber

All T-shirts measurement are subjected to 0.5” tolerance.

Finisher Entitlement

21km Finisher :  Medal + Finisher T-shirt + E-Certificate + E-Bib

Name of participants can be printed FREE on the T-shirt maximum of 17 characters include space.

*Delivery of entitlement will start within one month 30^th March 2021, batch by batch. 

HOW TO JOIN?

Step 1: Register online at http://t2u.asia/e/23884. A confirmation email will be sent to you together with your E-Bib within 3 working days.

Step 2: Start running and record your results with a running app (Strava, Runkeeper, NRC, Runtastic, etc.) between 1^st March 2021 – 14^th March 2021. 

Step 3: Upload your results via http://ticket2u.com.my.

Step 4: Your entitlements will be mailed to you between 30^th March 2021 onward.

HOW TO UPLOAD RESULT?

1. Click "Upload Virtual Run Result"

2. NOTE: The ticket number is in your e-ticket under QR Code. Refer to the image below.

3. Key in your <Ticket Number>.

4.  Upload the screenshot of your running proof, insert your distance then submit. If you have completed your distance, the system will show 100% and hooray!

How to Download E-certificate

Step 1: COMPLETE 100% YOUR CHALLENGE. Click on E-certificate button at the top of the page and key in your "Ticket Number".
NOTE: Incomplete challenge you are not entitled for download the e-certificate.

1. Love.Run 爱。奔跑 2021 Charity Virtual Run is organized by JCI Kuala Lumpur Mandarin, This virtual run is open to all residents who have a valid address in Malaysia. 
2. There will be strictly no refund available to Participants who do not eventually take part in the Virtual Run, for any reason.
3. Participants are strictly not allowed to transfer their Event entry to another party. The finisher’s entitlement will be delivered to the mailing address provided in the registration form. If Participants would like to send it to a different mailing address besides their own, please enter his/her address during registration. 
4. In case Participants would like to make an address change once registration has been confirmed, there will be additional charges incurred. 
5. The Finisher's T-shirt size is strictly based on the size selected by the participant during registration, any request for size change will not be entertained.
6. All T-shirts measurement are subject to 0.5” tolerance. 
7. If there is a return of parcel during the delivery of the finisher’s entitlement due to whatever reason. Upon request, the Organizer will arrange to resend the parcel but the delivery charges will be borne by participants. 
8. Any notice sent to the email address registered with the Organizer shall be deemed as received by the Participant.
9. If the Participant provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, or if the Organizer has ground to believe that such information is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, the Organizer may at any time suspend, revoke, cancel or terminate the Participant's registration for the Event or entitlement and fees will not be refunded. 
10. The Organizer will not entertain nor be in any way responsible for any disputes arising from incomplete or inaccurate entry details in the registration form. 
11. Submission of the result must be submitted anytime before 15^th March 2021 (6pm). If participants are unable to submit the result before the deadline, they will be considered as disqualified and will not be entitled to any rewards. Therefore, there will be NO delivery of any medal or T-shirt. 
12. The finisher entitlement will be delivered to the shipping address provided during the registration batch by batch, starts from 30^th March 2021 onwards.
13. The Organizer has the rights to amend the Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion without any prior notice.
