Ticket purchasing terms and refund policy:
1. Please note that tickets are valid for use on the date and time selected at the point of booking. Firefly does not offer refunds or exchanges on tickets. Tickets must be presented at the point of entry on the day of your visit. You must be over 18 years to book tickets through our website.
2. Please ensure you have your booking confirmation e-mail or digital ticket with you as proof of purchase is required and ID may be requested upon entry to the exhibit. Supplementary correspondence will not be accepted. Please note we do not hold waiting lists or allow walk ups for events that are sold out. Please contact the our support (via [email protected] or call +6 017-818 1250) should you have any questions regarding this.
3. Your Booking Reference will be sent to the email address you supplied. Please allow a couple of minutes for this to arrive, and remember to check your junk mail folder if it isn’t in your inbox. Please note that we do not send printed tickets.
Please ensure you download or print your e-ticket to bring on the day of your visit. Alternatively please present your ticket on your smartphone to staff on arrival to gain entry into your event or session.
