How to Upload Virtual Run Result

Step 2: NOTE: The ticket number is in your e-ticket under QR Code. Refer to image below.

Step 3: Key in your <Ticket Number>.

Step 4:  Upload your screenshot of your running proved, insert your distance then submit. If you have completed your distance, system will show 100% and hooray!

Rules & Regulations

1. 100KM Challenge 2021  is organized by the Lions Clubs International District 308 B1. (“Organizer”) This virtual challenge is opened to all residents who have a valid address in Malaysia.
2. The purpose of this virtual challenge is to encourage the participants to keep a healthy lifestyle in this new norm of pandemic situation at the same time raise funds for District 308B1 disaster fund.
3. Participants are welcome to contribute to the disaster fund. A special plaque of appreciation will be given to all donors who contribute RM1,000.00 to the District 308 B1 disaster fund. 
4. The disaster fund will be used for any disasters occur in Malaysia, example, Covid-19 pandemic and major disasters like flood and etc.
5. For this donation, please bank in directly to Lions Clubs International District 308B1 account (Malayan Banking Berhad / account number: 5140 5765 6696).
6. We appreciate all donors to provide confirmation thru this google link: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSc_wNY4ZXo8754qlhRMu5ZIBM4SYjiQKOnGHG2RbhiH5TtaDg/viewform. (Please select Alert Fund)
7. Participants are encouraged to run a few km a day to maintain healthy lifestyle and accumulate the results up to 100km or more within seventy-five (75) days.
8. All participants are to ensure that all information submitted are complete and accurate.
9. The confirmation of participation is ONLY VALID when payment of the registration fees is successfully made to Ticket2U.com.my.
10. By confirmation of payment, the participants agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Organizer. 
11. All entries are NOT TRANSFERABLE, REFUNDABLE NOR DEFERRABLE.
12. Upon confirmation of participation, change to the category or other details will not be entertained.
13. The Organizer reserves the right to limit, accept or reject any entries without prior notice and reasons.
14. The Organizer reserves the right to close entries before deadline without any notice or when a quota of this challenge is full.
15. Participants will have to complete this challenge according to challenge categories within a period given, to entitle the respective medals. 
16. Medals are in silver, gold and platinum, based on the achievement of challenge categories.
17. Participants are encouraged to post photos onto Instagram or Facebook accounts along with the following hashtags: #100kmChallenge2021. Tag us and share with us about your virtual challenge experience. 
18. Participants who completed the run and uploaded onto the system will be entitled to the 100km Challenge medal and T-shirt. For those who did not upload the accumulative evidence will not be entitled for the medal but will only receive the Challenge T-shit according to the T-shirt size ticked during your registration in Ticket2U.com.my.
19. Finisher medals and t-shirts will be delivered to the participants via courier within 4 weeks after campaign ended. 
20. Delivery of entitlements will be mailed directly to the registered mailing address provided by the participant during registration. Please provide an accurate mailing address. Any additional cost incurred due to the return of parcel from POS or failure to deliver are to be borne by the participant. 
21. In case Participants would like to make an address change once registration has been confirmed, there will be additional charges incurred.
22. The T-shirt size is strictly based on the size selected by the participant during registration, any request for size change will not be entertained.
23. If there is a return of parcel during the delivery of the finisher’s entitlement due to whatever reason. Upon request, the Organizer will arrange to resend the parcel but the delivery charges will be borne by participants.
24. Any notice sent to the email address registered with the Organizer shall be deemed as received by the Participant.
25. If the Participant provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, or if the Organizer has ground to believe that such information is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, the Organizer may at any time suspend, revoke, cancel or terminate the Participant's registration for the Event or entitlement and fees will not be refunded.
26. The Organizer will not entertain nor be in any way responsible for any disputes arising from incomplete or inaccurate entry details in the registration form.
27. Submission of the result must be submitted anytime before 30 May 2021, at 11.59pm.

25. If participants are unable to submit the result before the deadline, they will be considered as disqualified and will not be entitled to any rewards. Therefore, there will be NO delivery of any medal but you will still get your T-shirt. 

26. The Registered Parties affirm that they have read, understood and fully agreed to the terms and waiver, and they will give up substantial rights, including the rights to sue and to release all liability to the greatest extend allowed by law.
